    BE VERY CAREFUL when booking. Booked camping in January I was afraid to find a full house for Easter, 92 euro included 4 people, the dog , electricity and 1 entrance to the spa. I also book the spa 45 for 3 people. At the front desk they insist that the 92 is the tourist tax and charge me another 101 ( the spa entrances for the whole family are also included here). They tell me to send an email to perhaps get a refund of the extra 45 paid for the spa. Due to their very lack of clarity I paid 238 for half a day of camping and spa. Also pay attention to the power columns they are old and have the 2-prong connection instead of the classic 3-prong connection.

    FATE MOLTA ATTENZIONE a quando prenotate. Prenotato campeggio a gennaio avevo paura di trovare il pienone per Pasquetta, 92 euro comprendeva 4 persone, il cane , corrente elettrica e 1 ingresso alle terme. Prenoto anche le terme 45 per 3 persone. Alla reception insistono dicendo che le 92 è la tassa turistica e mi fanno pagare altre 101 ( qui sono compresi anche gli ingressi alle terme per tutta la famiglia). Mi dicono di inviare un email per avere forse il rimborso dei 45 pagati in più per le terme. Per la loro molto poca chiarezza ho pagato 238 per mezza giornata di campeggio e terme. Fate anche attenzione alle colonnine della corrente sono vecchie e hanno l'attacco a 2 invece che il classico a 3.

    The price to what you get has no competition. The service is not there so there is nothing to judge. Cottages happy is not a hotel in Kuwait. But who goes to sit in a hotel for the aquapark

    Excellent spa solution, fun pools and overnight stay, either in mobile homes or campers. I do not give 5 stars as the solution of the accommodation of the campers is not the best, along the roads that run through the village. Very large swimming pool. Excellent I price that includes camper and access to pools and spa.

    Ottima soluzione terme, piscine per divertimento e pernotto, sia in case mobili o camper. Non do 5 stelle in quanto la soluzione della sistemazione dei camper non è il massimo, lungo le strade che percorrono il villaggio. Piscina molto grande. Ottimo io prezzo che comprende camper e accesso alle piscine e terme.

    We were extremely disappointed by the attitude of the red-haired lady with glasses at the campsite reception. We lost 2 bracelets in the pool for which we had paid a deposit. When we made her aware of the loss of the bracelets, she completely changed her attitude towards us and accused us with passive aggression that on top of the deposit we would have to pay 5€ in damages for each bracelet. She was rude, impatient and unprofessional. When we checked out of the campsite, we were dealt with by another receptionist and when we explained the situation to him, nothing was clear. He did not charge us any compensation, of course, as that is what the deposit is for. On the first day at check-in we noticed that he had a comparatively worse attitude towards us (we were 4 young girls) than towards the other guests. There was really no need for such a disrespectful attitude as we were polite and tolerant throughout the whole experience. In addition, our accommodation, Spa House Alenka - 143, was extremely comfortable, clean, well prepared and well equipped.

    S svojim odnosom nas je izredno razočarala rdečelase gospodična z očali na recepciji kampa. V bazenu smo izgubile 2 zapestnici za kateri smo predhodno plačale kavcijo. Ko smo ji izgubo zapestnic dale na znanje je popolnoma spremenila odnos do nas in nam s pasivno agresijo očitala da bomo povrh kavcije morale plačati še 5€ odškodnine za vsako zapestnico. Bila je nesramna, nepotrpežljiva in neprofesionalna. Ob odjavi iz kampa nas je obravnaval drugi receptor in ko smo mu situacijo razložile mu ni bilo nič jasno. Odškodnine nam seveda ni računal saj temu služi že kavcija. Že prvi dan ob prijavi smo opazile da ima do nas primerljivo slabši odnos (bile smo 4 mlada dekleta) kot do ostalih gostov. Za tak nespoštljiv odnos res ni bilo potrebe, saj smo bile čez celotno izkušnjo vljudne in strpne. Poleg tega, je bila naša nastanitev, Spa House Alenka - 143, izjemno udobna, čista, lepo pripravljena in dobro opremljena.
