Een heerlijk rustige camping met een leuk restaurantje fijn terrasje leuk zwembad en vriendelijk en gemoedelijk personeel De sanitair is wel aan renovatie toe,maar wel schoon.

Leuke camping, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke broodjes in de ochtend!

Heart of nature könnte auch Heart of nowhere heissen. Der Ort ist total abgelegen und wunderschön ruhig. Das Personal ist englischsprachig und unheimlich freundlich. Das Zimmer (Apartment) war sauber und schön. Alle Zimmer hatten eine Klimaanlage. Wer die Natur liebt der liebt das Heart of nature. Kleiner Tipp nicht blind dem Navi Vertrauen. Und bis zum Ende der Straße fahren da man sonst auf einem Grundstück wenden muss. Sieht man rechts die Zelte ist man angekommen. Das erspart einem Stress und dem Bewohner am Ende der Straße ein Lachen im Gesicht.

Plekken zeer lastig te bereiken, sanitair schoon maar de toiletdeuren zijn na het sluiten niet meer te openen (zeer lastig voor kinderen). Parkeren is onhandig, wc’s ver weg, voor kinderen is er weinig te doen op de camping (of wederom ver weg). De termen ‘bar’ en ‘zwembad’ zijn te groot voor wat je krijgt. We zijn hier 2 nachten geweest, fantastisch gegeten in het dorp en bovendien geweldig gefietst in de regio. Let wel op dat je hiervoor goed getraind moet zijn! De beklimming vanuit het dal naar de camping is 11 km a 10-14%, met een paar korte afdalingen ertussen waardoor het profiel wat vertekent. Ik zou deze camping niet aanraden aan familie om bovenstaande punten

Très bien. Camping qui ré-ouvre après 6 ans. Encore des améliorations sanitaires à faire mais bien tenu. Beaucoup d'ombre. La tente que nous avons louée avait 2 chambres avec de très grands lits. Grand frigo congélateur et la vaisselle nécessaire pour cuisiner. Séparé de l'étang par une clôture mais vue directe sur cet étang. Baignade surveillée. Plage de sable. Très agréable. Aucun moustique à notre venue. Un peu de bruit au loin le soir mais nuit calme. Possibilité de louer les draps.

Good for a short stay and for people who love to (mountain)bike or hike! On the camping there is no activity.

Freshly back from a lovely 7 days at Moor Farm. We went as a family of 4, girls of 9 and 14, and our little dog Indy.||||The instructions on how to find the farm were really simple and made the farm easy to find. On arrival we were met by the farms 2 lovely dogs Paddy and Albie and then by Richard the farmer who took us up to our tent. We stayed in Woodpecker and this was the first time we’ve had a shower and everything was fantastic. Our positioning was such that we had an amazing view of the farm and were right next to the wood with a rope swing and other bits for the kids.||||The farm is lovely and our youngest really enjoyed the freedom of going in with the animals, especially the ponies which she helped feed with Wendy on a number of nights.||||We took a few trips to the canals, a lovely walk and also had dinner at The Ship which was really nice. Further afield we took a trip to Stroud which was pleasant and to Eastington farm shop which had amazing cakes.In truth we go to feather down farms to relax and this was such a lovely setting that we were often just on site with a book.||||We used the swimming pool twice and it was great to have it to yourself, we did meet friends too and the kids all swam together. Pizza night is also a must.||||What made the stay extra special was Richard and Wendy who were just the most amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so great with our kids. You always felt they were pleased to spend time with you and happy to chat and answer any questions to make sure you had a lovely time.||||The sunsets were the best I’ve ever personally seen and I think this is a farm that we’ll revisit at some point down the road||||If you’re reading this, thank you again Richard and Wendy for a lovely week||||Lee, Clare, Mara, May and Indy

Het baliepersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets dan lof. En we hebben het prima gehad hoor. Maar er wordt gevraagd naar opmerkingen. Dus die heb ik wel aangegeven. We hadden een mooie plaats.

Facilities and position

Wellicht een prima camping om te kamperen, maar als je op de camping ernaast kampeert word je tot ver na 22:00 uur 's avonds auditief gemarteld met extreem harde en extreem slechte muziek. Een aanrader als je kinderen in slaap vallen op Snollebollekes en andere ellende. Na een vriendelijk telefoontje met de receptie werd beloofd dat de muziek om 22:00 uur uit zou gaan, maar de stekker kon niet gevonden worden en dus bleef het nog lang onrustig.
