The safari tent is a luxury safari tent suitable for up to 6 people, an ideal accommodation for a family or group vacation! With an area of 40m2. Eat together at the large table with chairs, throw the front of the tent completely open and enjoy the view and fresh air even more. Prepare meals in the full kitchen and unwind at the end of the day on one of the luxurious chairs or in one of the 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom you will find a large double bed, and in the other you will find 2 bunk beds. With a length of 2 meters, the beds are suitable for both children and adults.     Our stay at the campsite on the Meuse was simply wonderful! The location right on the river is fantastic - perfect for walks, bike rides and relaxing by the water. We were particularly pleased that dogs are very welcome here! Our four-legged friend was allowed everywhere, even on the shore and in some of the cozy café areas. The sanitary facilities were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pitches were spacious. In the evenings you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Meuse. An ideal place for nature lovers, families and dog owners - we will definitely be back!

    Unser Aufenthalt auf dem Campingplatz an der Maas war einfach wunderbar! Die Lage direkt am Fluss ist traumhaft – perfekt für Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren und zum Entspannen am Wasser. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass Hunde hier herzlich willkommen sind! Unser Vierbeiner durfte überall mit hin, sogar ans Ufer und in einige der gemütlichen Cafébereiche. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Stellplätze großzügig angelegt. Abends kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über der Maas genießen. Ein idealer Ort für Naturfreunde, Familien und Hundebesitzer – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

    Nice campground overlooking the Meuse River. We could relax and all facilities were available. Only the plumbing is outdated but functional. We went for good food at restaurant down the street. Wifi is available at the campsite.

    Leuke camping met zicht op de Maas. We konden lekker relaxen en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Enkel het sanitair is verouderd maar funktioneel. We gingen lekker eten op restaurant in de straat. Wifi is aanwezig op de camping.

    We stood side by side with other campers. It was unfortunately very windy. Sanitary building was not clean. No pin. Had to cash or bank transfer. Good drain plumbing for RV though.

    Friendly owners and spots are big enough. We were there in September and were able to pick our own spot because not everything was occupied. In the absence of someone at reception, you can get a code through the intercom to open the barrier yourself. The plumbing, however, really disappointed us. The plumbing itself is somewhat old/dated. Showers are on one setting: hard and just not nice and hot. Free hot water though. Only 3 showers for an entire campsite. The (4) toilets were clean to the eye but stank a lot. We camped there for 5 nights and during that time the smell was not one moment gone. We did see cleaners but they apparently did not clean thoroughly enough. Chemical toilet dumping was right next to the toilet stalls. Probably this did not go quite right with someone and as a result the place got soiled. You could literally see feces in the gutter that ran along the back of the toilets. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet the owner of the campground at the times we were there to report this.

    Vriendelijke eigenaren en plekken zijn groot genoeg. Wij waren er in september en konden zelf een plekje uitzoeken omdat niet alles bezet was. Bij afwezigheid van iemand bij de receptie, kun je via de intercom een code krijgen waarmee je zelf de slagboom kunt openen. Het sanitair is ons echter echt tegen gevallen.. Het sanitair zelf is wat oud/ gedateerd. Douches kunnen op één stand: hard en net niet lekker warm. Wel gratis warm water. Slechts 3 douches voor een hele camping. De (4) toiletten waren voor het zicht schoon maar stonken erg. Wij hebben er 5 nachtjes gekampeerd en gedurende die tijd was de geur niet één moment weg. Wel schoonmakers gezien maar die hebben blijkbaar niet grondig genoeg gereinigd. Het storten van een chemisch toilet was direct naast de wc hokjes. Waarschijnlijk is dit bij iemand niet helemaal goed gegaan en is daardoor de boel bevuild geraakt. In het gootje dat achterlangs de toiletten liep, zag je letterlijk de ontlasting liggen. Ik heb helaas de eigenaar van de camping op de momenten dat wij er waren niet kunnen treffen om dit door te geven.
