At Glampings.com, you can book with the assurance that you’ll never pay too much. We guarantee that at the time of booking—and for up to 7 days after your booking—you won’t find a lower price anywhere else for the exact same accommodation.

If you do happen to find a lower price somewhere else, we’ll match it.

You can easily submit a request. If you meet the guidelines, we’ll refund the difference as soon as possible.

What do we mean by “exactly the same booking”?

By “exactly the same booking,” we mean a booking with the same accommodation, travel dates and length of stay, number of guests, included services and extras, mandatory fees, payment terms, and cancellation policy. We always compare the total price, including mandatory fees.

How do you file a claim?

Submit your request within 7 days of your booking via contact@glampings.com. Please include the following:

• your booking number and booking confirmation;

• a link and screenshot of the lower price offered by the partner;

• the name of the accommodation;

Once we receive a complete claim, you’ll get a confirmation of receipt. We’ll then review your request, and once the claim is approved, we’ll refund the difference to you as soon as possible.

When does the guarantee not apply?

The lowest price guarantee does not apply to, among other things:

• discount codes, member deals, or cashback promotions;

• private or personalized offers;

• quotes provided by phone or email;

• pricing errors;

• offers that are no longer bookable;

• bookings with different terms and conditions or mandatory fees;

• canceled bookings.
