    Very cozy cabins back to basics. Enjoying slow made coffee by a cozy fire for which you had to gather and cut the logs yourself. Very friendly staff and beautiful walks from the domain itself.

    Heel gezellige cabins back to basic. Genieten van traag gemaakte koffie bij een gezellig haardvuurtje waarvoor je zelf de houtblokken moest sprokkelen en kappen. Erg vriendelijk personeel en mooie wandelingen vanop het domein zelf

    We booked a cabin for 4 people, without hot tub. Upon arrival you were taken to your cabin with a little car, driving your own car is not possible. Upon arrival there is already some wood ready to light the wood stove. There is a welcome package where you will find a light, game, cookie,.... Nice. There are towels provided and the beds are made. There is a goose board hanging on the wall that you can play. Under the couch and under the bed you have storage space. We went in November, it does get colder so warm clothes are recommended, inside it can be a little chilly if the wood stove hasn't been on for a while. You have a woodcorner where you can go and get wood with a wheelbarrow. A bbq is available on the terrace. The only thing I found a little less is that there is no curtain on the side of the terrace, I still like to have a little more privacy. We immediately looked at booking another stay with the kids but this is still quite pricey.... If you know that nothing extra is included (climbing park, food, ...) These days we were able to book with a discount but 1000 euros for a weekend is still a bit much, if I may give this as a tip, this will scare off many people. In short, a very nice stay, nice house, nice environment, nice goats and alpaca at the petting zoo.

    We hebben een cabin geboekt voor 4 personen, zonder hot tub. Bij aankomst werd je met een autotje naar je cabin gebracht, zelf met je auto rijden is niet mogelijk. Bij aankomst ligt er al wat hout klaar om de houtkachel aan te steken. Er is een welkomstpakketje waar je een lichtje in vindt, spelletje, koekje,... Leuk. Er zijn handdoeken aanwezig en de bedden zijn opgemaakt. Er hangt een ganzenbord aan de muur die je kunt spelen. Onder de bank en onder het bed heb je opbergruimte. Wij gingen in november, het is wel al wat kouder dus warme kledij is aangeraden, binnen kan het wat kouder zijn als de houtkachel een tijdje niet heeft aangestaan. Je hebt een woodcorner waar je hout kunt gaan halen met een kruiwagen. Een bbq is aanwezig op het terrasje. Het enige wat ik iets minder vond is dat er geen gordijn is aan de kant van het terras, ik heb toch graag wat meer privacy. We hebben direct gekeken om nog een verblijf te boeken met de kinderen maar dit is toch nogal prijzig... Als je weet dat niks extra inbegrepen is (klimpark, eten,...) Deze dagen hebben we met korting kunnen boeken maar 1000 euro voor een weekend is toch wat veel, als ik dit als tip mag meegeven, dit zal veel mensen afschrikken. Kortom, wel een zeer leuk verblijf, leuk huisje, leuke omgeving, leuke geitjes en alpaca op de kinderboerderij.

    There is a maximum of 1 dog per cabin (for a small fee per night) Please note:only the Classic Cabins and standard Treetrunks allow dogs to stay. Dogs are not allowed in the seat/bed.

  2. Is there wifi on the property and in the accommodations?

    At Warrendal Recreation Domain, a conscious decision was made not to install Wifi in the cabins, as this is not part of their philosophy. The only places on the domain with wifi connection are the meeting locations and the reception area.

  3. Is there a (camping) store on site?

    At the reception there is an opportunity to buy some local organic products, including ground coffee, milk, local wine and some other staples.

  4. Is barbecuing allowed?

    Each cabin has a gas barbecue available on the terrace. You can either bring your own meat and vegetables or you can order a barbecue package with your reservation. This package includes different kinds of meat, all kinds of salads, sauces and sandwiches.

    Please note that packages are delivered on Monday, Thursday or Saturday.

  5. Is there a restaurant available?

    Warredal does not have its own catering facilities. However, you can always order a breakfast basket or a barbecue package. And there are nice restaurants nearby.

  6. Where is the nearest supermarket?

    The Spar and Delhaize are located in Neeroeteren center about a 5-minute drive from the property.

  7. What are the check-in and check-out times?

    You can check in from 3:00 pm. You must check out by 10:30.

  8. Can I rent a bicycle?

    Yes, there is bicycle rental.
