    Any cancellation must be made in writing to the vacation park management.

    In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be withheld:

    • More than 60d before arrival: €50

    • 30 to 60d before arrival: 30% (= deduction from the deposit)

    • 15 to 30d before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount.

    • 8 to 15d before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount.

    • Less than 8d before arrival: 100% of the invoice amount.

    • No Show: 100% of the invoice amount

    Any late reservation (<3d before arrival) is final only upon presentation of proof of payment by mail.

    On New Year's Eve we had booked 4 nights for our camper van. The snow arrived with us and at no time were the driveways cleared of snow or salt. Since Friday, the garbage cans have been overflowing and bags littering the ground, making the place very unwelcoming. The place is really beautiful and if the staff were a little more committed and helpful it could be a place I'd definitely come back to. You have a magnificent tool but you're not able to exploit it, out of 4 people we met only 1 was helpful and professional. The pitches for camping cars are superb, as is the service station, the accommodation looks very good but I'm really disappointed by the welcome I received on site.

    En ce réveillon de nouvel an nous avions réservé 4 nuits pour notre camping car. La neige est arrivée avec nous et a aucun moment les allées n'ont été déneigées ni salées. Depuis le vendredi les poubelles débordent, les sacs jonchent le sol ce qui rend l'endroit très peu accueillant. L'endroit est vraiment magnifique et si le personnel était un peu plus investi et plus serviable ce pourrait être un endroit où je reviendrais sans aucun doute. Vous avez un outil magnifique mais vous n'êtes pas capable de l'exploiter, sur 4 personnes que nous avons rencontrées 1 seule était serviable et professionelle. Les emplacements pour camping car sont superbes, la station de services aussi, les logements ont l'air très bien mais je suis vraiment déçue par l'accueil reçu sur place.
