    In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be withheld:

    • More than 60d before arrival: €50

    • 30 to 60d before arrival: 30% (= deduction from the deposit)

    • 15 to 30d before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount.

    • 8 to 15d before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount.

    • Less than 8d before arrival: 100% of the invoice amount.

    • No Show: 100% of the invoice amount

    Any late reservation (<3d before arrival) is final only upon presentation of proof of payment by mail.

    Met zorg aangelegd. Kwalitatief erg goed. Heerlijk airco in mijn kleine 2 persoons cabin. Wel zo lekker bij 35 graden+! In de kleine cabins kun je niet koken. Mogelijkheden om de Ourthe in te gaan wat minder. Vriendelijke mensen.

    Great campsite in a beautiful location with its own bar and small restaurant. Great staff, friendly and courteous. The campsite is close to the town of Houffalize for bars and restaurants. Loads of cycle routes and walking routes in the local area. Such a great place, we came back! Top team, thank you for a great stay.

    Ich hatte eine Nacht mit Camper reserviert und scheinbar unbewusst Frühstück mitgebucht, was sich auch auf Nachfrage nicht stornieren lies. Das Frühstück gibt es 23km entfernt in einem Hotel… Auf der Homepage kein Wort davon. Das ist schon richtig unverschämt frech. Zudem blockierte ein LKW die Zufahrt (Veranstalltung) und auf meinem Stellplatz stand ein PKW. Was ein Reinfall! NIE WIEDER!

    Just outside Houffalize, beautiful campsite, giant facilities for campers, super friendly, Dutch is also spoken. Beautiful spacious camper spots. nice playground

    Juist buiten Houffalize, mooie camping, reuze voorzieningen voor campers, supervriendelijk, Nederlands wordt ook gesproken. Mooie ruime camperplekken. mooie speeltuin. nu ook safaritenten en in de weekends een menukaart in de brasserie, kan de Pierrade sterk aanbevelen. De steak smolt als boter in de mond en was superlekker. Wist dat dit er ging zijn in de weekends ook voor één persoon. Toplokatie, toppersoneel en lekker eten. Ik kom hier graag. Next stop l'hameau de la Semois. Af en toe toffe events zoals bv bezoek lavChouffe en Lupulus. Dank aan het hele team en Chris

    Het was weer leuk vertoeven. De pierrelade entrecote was nog even lekker als voorheen.
