    In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be withheld:

    • More than 60d before arrival: €50

    • 30 to 60d before arrival: 30% (= deduction from the deposit)

    • 15 to 30d before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount.

    • 8 to 15d before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount.

    • Less than 8d before arrival: 100% of the invoice amount.

    • No Show: 100% of the invoice amount

    Any late reservation (<3d before arrival) is final only upon presentation of proof of payment by mail.

This ecolodge park is highly praised for its friendly and helpful staff and beautiful, peaceful location along the Ourthe river, within walking distance of Houffalize. The modern camper pitches with complete facilities, paved and spacious, are a major highlight, as are the spotlessly clean sanitary facilities and large playground. Guests enjoy the tranquility and natural surroundings, ideal for hiking and cycling. The restaurant serves meat from a local farm, but some guests found the menu limited, prices high, and missed kitchen facilities or cutlery in the lodgings. Attention was also requested for better maintenance during snow and clearer communication about reservations.
