    Any cancellation must be made in writing to the vacation park management.

    In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be withheld:

    • More than 60d before arrival: €50

    • 30 to 60d before arrival: 30% (= deduction from the deposit)

    • 15 to 30d before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount.

    • 8 to 15d before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount.

    • Less than 8d before arrival: 100% of the invoice amount.

    • No Show: 100% of the invoice amount

    Any late reservation (<3d before arrival) is final only upon presentation of proof of payment by mail.

    Datum 25/10/25 tot 29/10/25 Wij hebben 4 nachten verbleven in één van de ecolodge voorzieningen. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig om het verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Wat wij ook zeer aangenaam vonden is dat je aan de receptie je bestelling kan doorgeven wat er voor de volgende ochtend nodig is van bij de bakker. Alom het was een superverblijf en dit met dank aan het voltallige behulpzaam personeel.

    Waren hier met de camper, juist buiten Houffalize, volkomen nieuw, mooie plekken voor campers, alles aanwezig, proper "warm" sanitair. vriendelijk personeel en mooi park met ook mooie chalets. Topplaats

    We stayed for one night and the room was perfect. Super clean, no smells, and clearly was updated/remodeled recently. They provided us a late check in via email so we were able to just enter strait into our room for the night with no hassle. The heated towel racks in the bathroom were a wonderful addition that made our evening cozy. We stayed in mid October and the only thing we were unable to do was back-to-back showers as there wasn’t enough hot water. They had a dual rain/hand held shower head too. They provided coffee in the room and the machine was brand new/cleaned very well. They are right outside of a beautiful town full of cafes and shops, close enough to walk to, and I absolutely would stay again!
