Enjoy a luxurious vacation stay in a fully adapted lodge for guests with mobile disabilities. This lodge offers a spacious living area and kitchen with under-mounted tables.     In case of full or partial cancellation, possible only by mail or letter (receipt date = cancellation date), the following fees will be charged:

    • Up to and including 57 days before the beginning of the stay period: €50 per file.
    • From 56 to 43 days before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 42 to 22 days before the beginning of the period of stay: 50% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 21 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay, as well as in case of no arrival: the full rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of non-arrival without notice, the reserved place/lodge will be kept free until 1 night later than announced: the following day the place/lodge will be relet. No sum will be refunded in case of "no show", whatever the reason may be.

    Pitch & location: We parked our caravan in the dune zone. You should know (but this is already clear when booking and on Google Maps) that this is not a natural dune right by the sea. Nevertheless, the area is very beautiful and lovingly designed, even with hammocks between the pitches. The location is great: you can easily reach the beach on foot in around 15 minutes. Sanitary & winter camping: The sanitary facilities were modern, well-maintained and always clean - a big plus! One small downer for us as winter campers: the outside water pipes are unfortunately not heated. As a result, they were frozen in the morning and we had to wait until the temperatures rose during the day to be able to use the water. A trace heating system for the pipes would be desirable here. However, points are deducted for the showers: 6 minutes shower time with a very weak water jet is far too short with children. It also takes a very long time before you can start the process again for another round. Leisure facilities: One major point of criticism is the indoor playground. Unfortunately, it was completely unusable for us. The nets are broken, the equipment is outdated and generally very dirty. As a family with small children, you should not rely on this offer at the moment - there is an urgent need for renovation and cleaning. Conclusion: A great, clean place for beach lovers with a nice flair. If you have the issue of water under control in winter and avoid the indoor playground, you can have a great time here!

    Stellplatz & Lage: Wir standen mit dem Wohnwagen in der Dünenzone. Man sollte wissen (was aber schon bei der Buchung und auf Google Maps klar ersichtlich ist), dass es sich hierbei nicht um eine natürliche Düne direkt am Meer handelt. Dennoch ist das Areal sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet, sogar mit Hängematten zwischen den Plätzen. Die Lage ist super: Den Strand erreicht man bequem zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten. Sanitär & Wintercamping: Die Sanitäranlagen waren modern, gepflegt und stets sauber – ein dicker Pluspunkt! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für uns als Wintercamper: Die Außenwasserleitungen sind leider nicht beheizt. Dadurch waren sie morgens eingefroren, und wir mussten warten, bis die Temperaturen tagsüber stiegen, um Wasser nutzen zu können. Hier wäre eine Begleitheizung für die Rohre wünschenswert. Allerdings gibt es Punktabzug für die Duschen: 6 Minuten Duschzeit bei recht schwachem Wasserstrahl sind mit Kindern viel zu kurz. Zudem dauert es sehr lange, bis man den Vorgang für eine weitere Runde wieder starten kann. Freizeitangebot: Ein großer Kritikpunkt ist der Indoor-Spielplatz. Dieser war für uns leider absolut unnutzbar. Die Netze sind defekt, die Anlage ist veraltet und insgesamt maximal verdreckt. Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern sollte man sich aktuell nicht auf dieses Angebot verlassen – hier besteht dringender Renovierungs- und Reinigungsbedarf. Fazit: Ein toller, sauberer Platz für Strandliebhaber mit schönem Flair. Wenn man das Thema Wasser im Winter im Griff hat und den Indoor-Spielplatz meidet, kann man hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen!

    We chose a place in the dunes for the campervan , what a mistake . The pitches are very small you barely have room. Then the plumbing, 2 showers and 2 toilets for the ladies for a lot of people. This in winter so in summer chaos and queuing, the plumbing is barely heated and the showers are cold and sometimes lukewarm and that at 4 degrees outside! Never again not recommended that dunes pitches

    Wij kozen voor een duinenplaats voor met de camper te staan , wat een vergissing . De plaatsen zijn heel klein je hebt amper plaats . Dan het sanitair , 2 douches en 2 wc 'wc bij de dames voor heel veel personen . Dit in de winter dus in de zomer chaos en aanschuiven , het sanitair is amper verwarmt en de douches zijn koud en soms lauw en dat bij 4 gr buiten !! Nooit meer geen aanrader die duinenplaatsen
