    In case of full or partial cancellation, possible only by mail or letter (receipt date = cancellation date), the following fees will be charged:

    • Up to and including 57 days before the beginning of the stay period: €50 per file.
    • From 56 to 43 days before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 42 to 22 days before the beginning of the period of stay: 50% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 21 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay, as well as in case of no arrival: the full rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of non-arrival without notice, the reserved place/lodge will be kept free until 1 night later than announced: the following day the place/lodge will be relet. No sum will be refunded in case of "no show", whatever the reason may be.

    Despite its size, we still find this campground a place to unwind for a weekend or week with our RV. Reasonable base for coastline (+-15 min steps)and streetcar stop. (+-10 min) and cycling routes.

    We stayed here on Easter and paid the full €60 for 1 night with two adults! When you pay such a large amount, you expect adequate sanitary facilities and clean plumbing. There was neither. At the toilet you always have to wait and also for the shower you best take enough time to queue. The reception was friendly, almost apologetic for the amount asked.

    We verbleven hier op Pasen en betaalden voor 1 overnachting met twee volwassenen de volle €60! Wanneer je zo n groot bedrag betaalt, verwacht je voldoende sanitair en proper sanitair. Van beide was geen sprake. Aan de wc moet je steeds wachten en ook voor de douche neem je het best voldoende tijd om in de rij te staan. Het onthaal was vriendelijk, bijna verontschuldigend voor het gevraagde bedrag.
