    Cancellation Policy


    If guests must cancel their stay due to a pandemic, the stay can be rebooked to a later date at no charge. This rebooking is not limited in time. If guests have to cancel their stay for any other reason, they have the option of transferring the reservation to someone else free of charge. In case of no show, only the cleaning fee (€150) will be refunded.

    Therefore, there are no rates where cancellations can be made free of charge. If the bookers are forced to cancel, the park may look at a free rebooking, provided they still manage to re-rent the cancelled period.

    No, it's a car-free site. So you cannot drive up to the cabin to load or unload, but at each cabin there is an electric cargo bike that can be used to load and unload all the luggage.

  2. Are bicycles available at the accommodation?

    Next to each cabin there is a bike shed containing an electric cargo bike and two regular bikes.

  3. Do you have to pay for the wellness?

    No, use of the wellness island is free. Guests can book the island every day of their stay for an hour and a half. For this purpose, a booking module will be forwarded on the day of arrival.

    On the wellness island you will find a sauna with panorama window, an outdoor shower with dump bucket, access to the swimming pond, a relaxation area with pizza oven and a water fountain. Special towels are provided in the cabin. You may enter the sauna with or without swimwear.

  4. Are products present in the kitchen?

    Yes, there are coffee beans, tea, oil, salt and pepper, and dishwasher tablets, among others.

  5. Are there any products present in the bathroom?

    Yes, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also toilet paper, a hair dryer and bath linens.

  6. Are you allowed to barbecue?

    Yes, and there is a Bastard barbecue at every cabin.

    Absoluut een aanrader! Het terrein is prachtig aangelegd en de huisjes ook. Wij hebben een heerlijk relax weekendje gehad met een gezellige hottub, sauna op het wellness eiland en een heerlijk, frisse zwemvijver. Alles goed verzorgd. Met de fietsen en bakfiets ben je binnen 15 minuten in het centrum en op het strand.

    Ons verblijf in Oostende was werkelijk een plezierige ervaring. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we een heel gemoedelijke sfeer die meteen zorgde voor ontspanning. De prachtige natuur in de omgeving maakt het de ideale plek om even de batterijen op te laden en tot rust te komen. Alles was perfect in orde: van de gezellige BBQ-mogelijkheden tot de hottub en de zalige wellness – stuk voor stuk absolute toppers die het verblijf extra bijzonder maakten. Je merkt dat er met zorg en aandacht aan alles is gedacht.

    Och jongens, wat hebben we een heerlijke week gehad! Wat een betoverend plekje bij les Cabanes ✨ We speelden spelletjes bij het haardvuur, doken de sauna in, zwommen in ijskoud water, roosterden marshmallows, fietsten langs de boulevard, renden over het strand, hakten hout, verzamelden eieren, aten verse vis en werden wakker tussen vallende blaadjes. Kortom: volop genoten. 🌾 Hier komen we zéker nog eens terug!

    Wat een bijzondere plek. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we hoe alles hier uitnodigt om te vertragen en te ademen. De rust, het licht, de geur van hout, de natuur rondom… alles is met zoveel zorg en aandacht vormgegeven. We verbleven twee nachten met ons gezin en hebben genoten van elk klein moment... De kinderen die buiten speelden, bladeren verzamelden en ontdekten hoe rijk eenvoud kan zijn. Binnen wachtten warmte en gezelligheid. Samen boekjes lezen, een spelletje spelen, lachen aan tafel, en ’s avonds onder een dekentje nagenieten van de dag. De hottub maakte het helemaal af. Zo'n zaligheid midden in de stilte van de natuur. Les Cabanes is niet alleen een mooie plek om te zien, maar een plek die ook echt voelbaar is. Het nodigt je uit om te verbinden met elkaar, maar ook met de natuur. Je vertrekt met een opgeladen gevoel, warmte in je hart en herinneringen die nog lang blijven nazinderen.
