    Cancellation Policy


    If guests must cancel their stay due to a pandemic, the stay can be rebooked to a later date at no charge. This rebooking is not limited in time. If guests have to cancel their stay for any other reason, they have the option of transferring the reservation to someone else free of charge. In case of no show, only the cleaning fee (€150) will be refunded.

    Therefore, there are no rates where cancellations can be made free of charge. If the bookers are forced to cancel, the park may look at a free rebooking, provided they still manage to re-rent the cancelled period.

    No, it's a car-free site. So you cannot drive up to the cabin to load or unload, but at each cabin there is an electric cargo bike that can be used to load and unload all the luggage.

  2. Are bicycles available at the accommodation?

    Next to each cabin there is a bike shed containing an electric cargo bike and two regular bikes.

  3. Do you have to pay for the wellness?

    No, use of the wellness island is free. Guests can book the island every day of their stay for an hour and a half. For this purpose, a booking module will be forwarded on the day of arrival.

    On the wellness island you will find a sauna with panorama window, an outdoor shower with dump bucket, access to the swimming pond, a relaxation area with pizza oven and a water fountain. Special towels are provided in the cabin. You may enter the sauna with or without swimwear.

  4. Are products present in the kitchen?

    Yes, there are coffee beans, tea, oil, salt and pepper, and dishwasher tablets, among others.

  5. Are there any products present in the bathroom?

    Yes, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also toilet paper, a hair dryer and bath linens.

  6. Are you allowed to barbecue?

    Yes, and there is a Bastard barbecue at every cabin.

    What a great girls’ weekend in this cute cabin! 🥰

    We loved the place: everything is designed to make you feel right at home, with beautiful materials and lots of little touches that make all the difference. Coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper… nothing is missing, and special mention goes to the Le Creuset cookware and the De’Longhi coffee … maker 👌☕️

    We also really enjoyed having access to the vegetable garden and the chicken coop, and then there’s the sauna with a view of the pond… pure bliss!

    The place is truly perfect for peace and quiet and unwinding. And the owner is very responsive and available, which is really appreciated.

    In short, a wonderful getaway—we had a fantastic time and will be back with great pleasure! ❤️

    On a adoré l’endroit : tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien, avec de très beaux matériaux et plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Café, thé, huile d’olive, sel, poivre… rien ne manque, et mention spéciale à la vaisselle Le Creuset et à la cafetière De’Longhi 👌☕️

    On a aussi beaucoup aimé pouvoir profiter du potager et du poulailler, et alors le sauna avec vue sur l’étang… un vrai bonheur !

    Le lieu est vraiment propice au calme et à la déconnexion. Et la propriétaire est très réactive et disponible, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

    We spent a wonderful weekend with our family at the Ostend cabins, and we absolutely loved the experience.

    As soon as we arrived, we discovered a surprisingly unspoiled and secluded spot—yet just a stone’s throw from the beach and very close to the city. The small, winding path leading to the cabins immediately gives you the feeling of … leaving everyday life behind and arriving in a true little haven of nature.

    Our cabin was extremely well-appointed, with great taste and attention to every detail. Everything is designed to make you feel right at home. Top-of-the-line amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private barbecue area. The cabins are spaced far enough apart from one another, and the vegetation and small dunes create a real sense of privacy.

    We also really enjoyed the wellness area, with the sauna and the chance to swim in a space reserved just for us on a small island in the middle of the pond. It’s really the kind of little detail that makes a stay unforgettable.

    A wonderful balance of nature, comfort, privacy, and proximity to the sea. The kids loved it, and so did we. A true escape—a change of scenery without having to travel far. We’re already looking forward to going back!

    Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end en famille dans les cabanes d’Ostende, et nous avons vraiment adoré l’expérience.

    Dès l’arrivée, on découvre un endroit étonnamment préservé et isolé, tout en étant à deux pas de la plage et très proche de la ville. Le petit chemin sinueux qui mène aux cabanes donne immédiatement l’impression de quitter le quotidien pour arriver dans un véritable petit havre de nature.

    Notre cabane était extrêmement bien aménagée, avec beaucoup de goût et de soin dans les moindres détails. Tout est pensé pour que vous vous y sentiez bien. Des équipements haut de gamme, une cuisine parfaitement équipée et un espace barbecue privatif. Les cabanes sont suffisamment éloignées les unes des autres, et la végétation ainsi que les petites dunes créent une vraie sensation d’intimité.

    Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’espace bien-être, avec le sauna et la possibilité de se baigner dans un espace réservé rien que pour nous sur un îlot au milieu de l’étang. C’est vraiment le genre de petit détail qui rend le séjour inoubliable.

    Un très bel équilibre entre nature, confort, intimité et proximité de la mer. Les enfants ont adoré, et nous aussi. Une vraie parenthèse, dépaysante sans avoir besoin de partir loin. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !
