    Cancellation Policy


    If guests must cancel their stay due to a pandemic, the stay can be rebooked to a later date at no charge. This rebooking is not limited in time. If guests have to cancel their stay for any other reason, they have the option of transferring the reservation to someone else free of charge. In case of no show, only the cleaning fee (€150) will be refunded.

    Therefore, there are no rates where cancellations can be made free of charge. If the bookers are forced to cancel, the park may look at a free rebooking, provided they still manage to re-rent the cancelled period.

    No, it's a car-free site. So you cannot drive up to the cabin to load or unload, but at each cabin there is an electric cargo bike that can be used to load and unload all the luggage.

  2. Are bicycles available at the accommodation?

    Next to each cabin there is a bike shed containing an electric cargo bike and two regular bikes.

  3. Are dogs welcome?

    Yes, dogs are welcome.

  4. Do you have to pay for the wellness?

    No, use of the wellness island is free. Guests can book the island every day of their stay for an hour and a half. For this purpose, a booking module will be forwarded on the day of arrival.

    On the wellness island you will find a sauna with panorama window, an outdoor shower with dump bucket, access to the swimming pond, a relaxation area with pizza oven and a water fountain. Special towels are provided in the cabin. You may enter the sauna with or without swimwear.

  5. Are products present in the kitchen?

    Yes, there are coffee beans, tea, oil, salt and pepper, and dishwasher tablets, among others.

  6. Are there any products present in the bathroom?

    Yes, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also toilet paper, a hair dryer and bath linens.

  7. Are you allowed to barbecue?

    Yes, and there is a Bastard barbecue at every cabin.

    We stayed 1 night at Les Cabanes D'ostende. Really highly recommended! Very nice cabin, equipped with everything you need. The wellness island was the highlight 😉 Also a top location!

    We had a fantastic stay at Les Cabanes. It was obviously not our first stay so we knew what to expect, namely peace and quiet, a private cocoon and luxury products! Ideal for taking long walks by the beach, enjoying our little cocoon and US time! As always mega friendly staff ready if needed! We love it!!! ♥️

    Les Cabanes d'Ostende: what a discovery and what a wonderful experience. Clever to create something so beautiful in the backyard of a rather busy road. An oasis of calm that makes you dream away and, in our case, completely de-stress. Fan also of The Bakery and the other options we didn't (even yet) use this first time. Then again, the electric cargo bike was super convenient on our way to our run on the beach a bit further down the road. Oh yeah, you guys don't even have to ask the question: we'll be back!

Een oase van rust die je doet wegdromen en in ons geval ook volledig deed ontstressen. Fan ook van The Bakery en de andere opties waar we deze eerste keer (zelfs nog) geen gebruik van gemaakt hebben. De elektrische bakfiets was dan weer superhandig op weg naar ons loopje op het strand wat verderop. Oh ja, jullie hoeven de vraag niet eens te stellen: we'll be back!

    Thank you for the blissful experience! We have done a few trips before, but this one at Les Cabanes d'Ostende was really pure luxury. Even in winter it was super cozy. We toured by bike, enjoyed the hot tub ... not to mention the delicious breakfast basket! This time it was just the two of us, but in the summer we will definitely come back with our son. Big thanks for this top experience! 🥰🚲🛁🌅

    What a place! EVERYTHING in les Cabanes is right down to the last detail. You feel that this place is run with passion. The cabanes are very cleverly and qualitatively furnished. Also on the domain, with the cozy Bakery, the original shop and library and the lovely pond with sauna, you will be surprised by quality and originality.
