Inside you’ll find a bright, spacious kitchen that flows into the large dining and living area – ideal for cooking together, sharing drinks and playing games at the big table. The southwest-facing façade is almost entirely glass, stretching right up to the roof, so the living room is filled with daylight and views of the surrounding landscape.

Slide open the door and step straight onto the sunny terrace. Here you can sink into the outdoor whirlpool, enjoy a drink in the fresh air and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the rolling fields and forest. It’s the kind of place where evenings naturally get long and relaxed.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of natural light, plus a large loft above one of the rooms that offers extra sleeping or chill-out space. There are two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating – one with a shower – so no queueing in the morning and always warm feet after your shower.

Everything in the house is brand new and ready for the 2022 season, with a clean, modern look. There’s no radio, but you won’t miss it: there’s a Bluetooth speaker and you can play music through the TV. Free, fast and stable Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream, work remotely for a bit or share your holiday moments online.

The location is a real highlight. The house lies in Vestre Sømarken, in a gently rolling landscape with beautiful views of forest and fields. The sandy beach here is attractive, natural and usually wonderfully quiet – perfect for long walks, swimming and lazy hours by the sea.
