They had swapped two cabins next to each other, so there were only enough beds for two people, and we were four. But even though it was around 8pm and the reception was closed, one of the staff came right away with bedding when we called. And even though we insisted that she didn't have to, she still made up the bed in the loft. The first change was a human error, and it can happen to anyone, but the service afterwards was absolutely fantastic 👏

We booked a cabin where the pictures showed a double bed with box mattress (two single beds put together). To be sure, we also asked in writing if it was a double bed, which was confirmed. However, on arrival the cabin was not ready, even though it was rented out. The employee on site was surprised that it had been rented out at all. We were therefore given an "upgrade", but in practice it was a downgrade in terms of the only thing that was important to us: the bed. The new cabin had a smaller bed (about 140 cm) with a hard wooden slatted base and a thin mattress. After one night, we both had body aches. The owner insisted that a double bed in a camping cabin is 140 cm, even though she had confirmed the double bed in writing and the pictures showed otherwise. We asked for a refund for night 2 as we couldn't bear another night in that bed and wanted to check out. This was refused and no alternative solution or compensation was offered. In addition, the cleaning was not as expected. There was black dirt in the freezer and by the kitchen windows, which further detracted from the experience. It is disappointing that the cabin was not ready, that the "upgrade" was inferior in the most important aspect and that there was no willingness to find a solution.
