The park is appreciated for its friendly and helpful staff, who often assist guests in multiple languages. The sanitary facilities are modern, clean and well-maintained, though they can feel undersized during busy periods. The location is ideal for visiting Lyon or as a stopover while travelling, with a bus stop at the entrance and easy access from the motorway. Guests praise the spacious, shaded pitches and the peaceful atmosphere, although some note that evening lighting is sparse and certain areas can become muddy after rain.

The campground is great, in a very pleasant setting. The problem is with the restaurant—let me tell you about my experience. My husband, our son, and I went there for dinner. I ordered sardines, and they served me a can of sardines in oil that, by the way, cost no less than 12€. I told them I thought they were grilled and asked if I could exchange it, to which they replied no. I told them that, obviously, I’d pay the difference for whatever I ordered, but they said they couldn’t exchange it because the register shows that what they sold were sardines. I was flabbergasted. I’ve spent my whole life working in customer-facing roles at various stores, and exchanges have never been a problem—you just cancel one item and add another, no big deal. And as a side note, they served the sardines on the same plate as what my son ordered instead of giving each of us our own plate. Tomorrow I’m going to the supermarket, and we’ll have dinner in the RV like normal.

Unfortunately, there’s only one water station right next to the restroom cleaning station, and it’s hard to tell how hygienic it is. There’s no way to hook up your own water hose, and there are no other options for filling up. As a result, you’re left without water at the site, which greatly reduces your comfort. What a shame!

Schade!

It’s right next to the highway, so it’s a great stopover campground for us. We ended up there through friends and stayed there both on the way there and on the way back. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, and they treat you with respect and are happy to help. If you’re looking for a stopover campground, this is definitely a great option, offering both cottages for rent and camping sites. We’ll definitely be back when we go on vacation again—we really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, this campground isn’t what we expected. The reviews aren’t entirely accurate. (The good ones, anyway.) We’re staying in a trailer, and it hasn’t been cleaned! There are bugs, mold, and dust everywhere.
If I stand on the ground for even a second, the spiders and mosquitoes are already all over my leg. I get that there are bugs and it might be a little dirty, but this is really not okay. This just isn’t healthy!!! Luckily, I’m only staying here for one day, but even that is awful. I do not recommend this so-called “fun” campground!😠this is a translation, click here for the original
