  In case of late arrival or early departure compared to the reserved dates, no refund will be given. In the event of cancellation, the amounts paid remain the property of the campsite.

  If you subscribe to NEAT CAMPING Cancellation Insurance, you are guaranteed reimbursement up to: • 100% with proof (medical reason, death, accident, etc.) • 70% without proof (deductible €15) – see the conditions on our site • Also included: reimbursement for a replacement vehicle, veterinary expenses, reimbursement for lost/forgotten items, free travel modification. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, in the event of cancellation of your stay before arrival, interruption of your stay or late arrival and whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, you will be required to pay the balance of the booking and no refund will be given. In the event of cancellation by Camping Ushuaïa Villages Le Viaduc, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages. The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 from the French Consumer Code). For any on-line booking, customers will have no right of withdrawal.
