The park is beautifully situated at Lac d'Aiguebelette with free access to the lake just a few minutes' walk away. Guests particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the well-maintained sanitary facilities cleaned multiple times daily, and the spacious shaded pitches separated by green hedges. The heated indoor pool is a bonus, especially in less favourable weather. Main points of attention are the noise pollution from the busy main road directly adjacent to the park (especially early morning), inconsistent water temperature in the showers, and the wooden decking around the pool which can cause splinters.

Pros:
✅ Beautiful view
✅ Close to the lake
✅ Swimming pool
✅ Reception
✅ Electricity hook-up
Cons:
⛔ Tent pitch filled with pebbles and rocks
⛔ Sanitary facilities
⛔ Pitch located 3 meters from the road
⛔ Pitch size
⛔ Lack of privacy
While the pitches might be okay for a camper or caravan, tent camping … here is a different story. The ground is full of pebbles and rocks that destroy your tent floor, and it frankly hurts a lot to walk or sleep on. This should definitely be mentioned to travelers beforehand, or they should designate a separate area for tents.
When we politely asked at reception if there were any better-suited pitches for tents, we were just met with laughter and told the facilities are fine. Unfortunately, the dismissive customer service matched the poor conditions.
Personally, this is our first and last time here. -

It’s a shame—the tent sites are located just 2 meters from the road. If you don’t have earplugs, you can forget about getting any sleep.
The sites are small, on a steep slope, and the views into your neighbors’ sites are very open, which makes even the slightest noise from them very audible.
Upon arrival, the welcome was just average, and … there was no flexibility regarding check-out rules—it’s 12:00 PM, not a minute later.
The pools are overcrowded.
To end on a positive note, the restrooms are clean, and the bar staff was very friendly.this is a translation, click here for the original

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stopover with plenty of privacy—we’ll be back!
We made a last-minute two-day stop here on our way back from Fontvieille and were thrilled. Everything went smoothly right from check-in; the staff are truly wonderful and very helpful.
The campground is idyllically situated just above a fantastic lake and features a … beautifully winding layout. All the sites offer plenty of shade and are separated by tall hedges, ensuring plenty of privacy.
The pool is great, and the water in the adjacent lake is simply one-of-a-kind. Plus, you have a great view of the Jura Mountains. An absolute plus that made our stay even more enjoyable: there were no mosquitoes!
Bottom line: An all-around wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!this is a translation, click here for the original
Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! -

We had a great stay—it’s just a shame we have to leave a day early since we can’t leave the campground at 5 a.m. tomorrow for work… Otherwise, the setting is gorgeous, and the restrooms are spotless!

Pros:
• Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to change our spot without any problems
• Very nice location. The lake is beautiful and just a short walk away. It’s especially worth it to go there on a SUP
• The common area is very inviting and nicely designed. There are also some games to borrow and always cold bottles of water … available.
• The restrooms were always spotlessly clean, and we always had hot water.
Cons:
• The campsites are really borderline. The first one we were assigned was very narrow but long, and split across two levels separated by a tree trunk. Completely unusable for our setup with a VW bus and awning. We were then allowed to switch and got a slightly wider spot, but we still had trouble getting past the awning, and on top of that, most of the spots are on a slope.
Plus, the street is really very noisy and disruptive. It starts as early as 6 a.m.this is a translation, click here for the original
