    Cancellation Policy


    • If your email/letter is presented more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit paid, the administration fees paid, and, if applicable, the sums paid under the cancellation insurance remain acquired by the campsite. • If your letter is presented between the 30th and 15th day prior to your arrival, the amount of the deposit and administration fees paid, and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance at the time of booking will be retained by the campsite; the balance of the price of the stay will be credited towards your next stay at the campsite, which must be reserved within one year from the date of the stay. If you have reserved your stay less than 30 days before the date of your arrival, and your letter of cancellation is presented 15 days or more before this date, the sums corresponding to the amount of the deposit, the administration fees, and the cancellation insurance premium, if any, referred to in article 2 of these General Terms and Conditions will be retained by the campsite; the excess will be credited to a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay or during the following season. • If your letter is presented less than 15 days before the date of your arrival, all sums paid to the campsite will be forfeited.

    Nous venons de passer une semaine formidable au flower camping Le vieux moulin. Le mobil-home est récent et bien agencé et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité de tout le personnel qu'il soit du camping ou du snack. Les 2 piscines sont au top et celle de l'extérieur chauffée à 28 degrés, agréable quand il ne fait que 19 degrés dehors! Ce camping est très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Il est également bien situé à proximité des plages, du centre d'Erquy et de son fameux cap. Je le recommande vivement et nous reviendrons sans nul doute l'été prochain. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

    Il y a beaucoup à rougir sur ce camping, le Lodge est parfait. Voilà pourquoi j’ai mis deux étoiles à part une moquette de poils de chien en dessous de le lit, on m’a donné un aspirateur et personne s’est déplacé pour venir le faire pour 4 étoiles, les animations zéro. Aucune ambiance au aucun animateur, à part deux jeunes qui essaye de faire de leur mieux, mais zéro budget soirée cabaret, la directrice était présente et j’ai l’impression qu’elle ne voit pas qu’il y a un souci dans son camping, la piscine, on n’en parle même pas même pas un Tobogganing aucune surveillance personne mange un bébé dans la Patoire les bébés peuvent pas être tranquille car il y a plein de grands dedans et aucune infrastructure pour des enfants de moins de 3 ans et pour les adolescents, pareil à part un City qui est tout petit

    Le séjour aurait pu être agréable si certains employés ne manquaient pas de respect envers la clientèle en pleine nuit. Musique à fond, alcool, rires forts à 5h du mat. Et une 2e nuit, à 1h30 : portes de camionette qui claquent, celle de la caravane, plusieurs fois, des cris pour se parler "allume je vois rien".

    Superbes vacances dans le Camping du Vieux Moulin à Erquy. Camping calme et reposant sans trop d'animations Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants La piscine chauffée est très appréciable. Attention cependant aux installations qui commencent à être un peu vétusté et notamment le snack bar qui mériterait une vraie structure afin d'être plus chaleureuse !
