    We booked a short trip with friends and this is the second time we've been to Wattwiller Forest. The site is beautifully situated, mainly frequented by families and there is always a pleasant atmosphere on site. We were not disappointed again. What I don't like so much is that the padel, basketball and soccer pitches are unfortunately not maintained, or you get the feeling that no more has been invested here. These facilities are always a highlight, especially with children, but not in this condition. I would like to see the focus not only on enlarging the facility, even if that does of course generate revenue, but also on these leisure activities. The rackets that you can hire on site are all broken, the padel balls don't bounce, the artificial turf surface on the court is coming loose, the throwing board by the basketball hoop is slanted and loose, the soccer pitch doesn't have grass but more of a parking lot feel. Many families would get their money's worth here, especially with the kids, and the adults too :) Please don't get me wrong, I think that with a small investment, one or two things could be improved here, at least in terms of fun. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

    Wir haben einen Kurztrip mit Freunden gebucht, sind mittlerweile schon das Zweite mal im Wald von Wattwiller. Der Platz ist sehr schön gelegen, überwiegend von Familien besucht und es herrscht immer eine angenehme Atmosphäre vor Ort. Wir wurden wieder nicht enttäuscht. Was mir nicht so gut gefällt ist, dass der Padel, Basketball und Fußballplatz leider nicht gepflegt wird, bzw. man hat das Gefühl hier wurde nicht mehr investiert. Gerade mit Kinder sind diese Möglichkeiten immer ein Highlight, allerdings nicht in diesem Zustand. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Fokus nicht nur in die Vergrößerung der Anlage liegt , auch wenn das natürlich den Umsatz bringt, sondern auch auf diesen Freizeitangeboten. Die Schläger die man vor Ort leihen kann, sind alle gebrochen, die Padel-Bälle springen nicht, beim Platz löst sich der Kunstrasen- Belag, dass Wurfbrett beim Basketballkorb ist schräg und locker, der Fußballplatz hat keinen Rasen, sondern eher Parkplatzfeeling. Viele Familien würde hier gerade mit den Kids noch mehr auf Ihre Kosten kommen und die Erwachsenen auch :) Bitte verstehen Sie mich nicht falsch, ich denke es würde hier mit einem niedrigen Invest, dass ein oder andere nochmal verbessern, zumindest was den Spaß angeht. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

    Quiet, rejuvenating spot in the middle of the forest. Pleasant welcome and excellent bar and grocery service. Hiking, sightseeing, spa at Domaine du Hirtz, restaurant at Auberge du Hirtz on the agenda. Chalet TORONTO functional, clean, impeccable bedding.

    The campsite's location is perfect for nature lovers, in the middle of a forest in the hills. Parking is available close to the accommodation, both inside and outside. We booked a chalet évasion, which was rather spacious, well appointed and well spaced from the others. However, there was a small cleaning issue (blanket received with dog hair + dirty vmc). Despite this, the rest was clean so we didn't take it into account, it happens. The on-site activities are very pleasant, with equipment on loan (tennis, ping pong, pétanque, etc.). The mini golf course could do with renovation, but it's still a lot of fun! Breakfast was very good and well served. Swimming pool heated to 26°, clean and well-maintained. We had a great stay and will be back with pleasure!

    L'emplacement du camping est parfait pour les amoureux de la nature, en pleine forêt dans les hauteurs. Parkings disponibles proche des hébergements à l'intérieur ainsi qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons réservé un chalet évasion, plutôt spacieux, bien aménagé et bien espacé des autres. Cependant, un petit point ménage est à revoir (couverture reçue avec des poils de chien + vmc sale). Malgré ça, le reste était propre donc nous n'en avons pas tenu compte, ça arrive. Les activités sur place sont très sympa avec prêt du matériel (tennis, ping pong, pétanque,...) Le mini golf mériterait une rénovation mais reste très sympa ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon et bien servi. Piscine chauffée à 26°, propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
