    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    I should have given it zero stars—it’s very, very expensive for a campsite, and 20 euros for two small dogs is way too much for a weekend—97 euros—stay away! The restrooms were very dirty. I went to the front desk to complain, and they told me, “It’s management that sets the prices.” That’s outrageous—they think we’re rich.

    We loved this campsite! Perfect for a relaxing camping trip. The pool, proximity to the beach, beautiful surroundings, bread delivery, the goats…. Everything was brilliant. We will definitely be back! Thank you. 🙏
