    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    A great campground we discovered by chance! A nice pool, clean facilities—including the cottage—very pleasant. A big plus for the peaceful natural setting. We spent just one night there in September; we would have loved to stay longer. We’re keeping this spot in our travel journal.

    Un super camping découvert par hasard ! Une piscine agréable , des locaux propres y compris le cottage , très agréable. Un grand plus pour le calme de la nature.     An exceptional experience! We stayed just one night and would have loved to stay a little longer… Everything was so well-kept and classy—they even brought us bread right to our tent! We also really enjoyed the pool! Sophie at the front desk was really nice!
