    Free cancellation policy (not valid in July and August)

    1. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The full amount will be refunded. This condition does not apply to stays in July and August (see point 4).

    2. Cancellation between 13 and 7 days before arrival 50% of the total stay costs will be retained.

    3. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show 100% of the total cost of the stay is due.

    4. Non-refundable bookings (promotional option) Certain special rates (promo, last minute) may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.

    5. Change of stay Dates can be changed free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (except in July and August), subject to availability.
