Sleeping under the stars, in the heart of the forest

Immerse yourself in a world where silence, stars, and biodiversity come together. In the ecological bubble of Domaine EcÔtelia you literally sleep in nature—without disturbing it. Thanks to the transparent roof and walls, you are surrounded by ancient trees, singing birds, and the gentle rustling of leaves. During the day, you can observe life in the forest; in the evening, you look up at the stars from your bed.

The bubble stands on a wooden frame and comfortably accommodates four people. It has a single bed (90x200) with a pull-out bed and a double bed (160x200). There is no kitchen. Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture awaits you, and your private bathroom facilities are nearby. For those who want to avoid early light, the roof can be covered at night.

Inspired by the Chinese nature reserve Fandjingshan, this bubble is a tribute to biosphere reserves worldwide: places where nature conservation and sustainable living go hand in hand. Here, you are not just a guest in the forest—you become part of it.

    Domaine EcÔtelia Cancellation Policy


    Cancellation

    Any reservation with an outstanding balance in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled.

    In case of cancellation, ECOTELIA will retain an amount depending on the cancellation date:

    • More than 45 days before the date, 10% will be charged for administration costs.

    • Between 45 days and 30 days before the stay: 30% of the rental price.

    • Less than 30 days in advance, ECOTELIA will retain the rental amount.

    For any unreported delay, the rental will be made available twelve hours after the arrival date stated on the reservation contract. After the deadline, and without written notice, the reservation will be cancelled and the amounts due will be retained.

    For a group reservation or a privatization of the Domaine, any booking is final and definitive. You cannot cancel a stay afterward or change the number of reserved accommodations.

    A place of total disconnection! We stayed in the bubble and it was a moment out of time, with the only sounds being the birds and the wind! It was a very pleasant stay, despite a few mishaps... First of all, there was a leak due to the weather, as it rained non-stop, but the problem was quickly solved by the management. Then there was no coffee in our evening meal basket, even though it was listed on the home page, and finally, at breakfast, our 2 Thermos flasks of hot drinks were missing, so we had to go and get them from the bar. In spite of all this, we had a great stay and would like to thank the estate.

    Endroit de déconnexion totale ! Nous avons logés dans la bulle et ce fut un moment hors du temps avec comme seuls bruits les oiseaux et le vent ! Ce séjour a été très agréable malgré quelques mésaventures … Pour commencer il y a avait une fuite dû au temps car il n’a pas arrêter de pleuvoir, mais le problème a vite était résolu par la direction ensuite pas de cafés dans notre panier repas du soir alors que c’est inscrit sur la page d’accueil et pour finir au petit déjeuner il manquait nos 2 Thermos de boissons chaudes que nous avons dû aller rechercher au bar Malgré cela nous avons passer un super séjour et remercions le domaine

    1 h from Bordeaux, a superb estate with many unusual accommodations. We stayed in the Riad for 2 days. The place is incredible. We were delighted with the breakfast delivered in a basket in front of the accommodation. The natural pool is crazy. Having a spa in the Riad was a huge plus. So there you have it. Don't hesitate to go!

    À 1 h de Bordeaux, superbe domaine avec de nombreux logements insolites. Nous avons séjourné dans le Riad pendant 2 jours. Le lieu est incroyable. On s est régalé avec le petit déjeuner livré dans un panier devant le logement. La piscine naturelle est folle. Avoir un spa dans le Riad était un plus énorme. Enfin voilà on s est régalé. N hésitez pas à y aller!

    Super yurt but we got cold we wanted to turn on the auxiliary heater and there it caught fire 🔥 as it was late we put it outside then in the early morning for breakfast we tried again and there the gas heater catches fire again we warn the manager at the reception, and there surprise 😲 not a word of apology nor travel from him to see where the concern comes from....we could have set fire to his yurt or even die? By this defective stove.....bref the principle of business is to be attentive and considerate, which must not be the 2 adjectives lacking in the management...we will NOT go back there and we don't recommend it either.

    Super yourte mais nous avons eu froid nous avons voulu allumer le chauffage d appoint et là il a pris feu 🔥 comme il était tard nous l avons mis dehors puis au petit matin pour le pt déjeuner nous avons refait un essai et là le chauffage au gaz reprend feu nous prévenons le directeur à l accueil, et là surprise 😲 pas un mot d excuse ni déplacement de sa part pour voir d où vient le souci....nous aurions pu mettre le feu dans sa yourte ou même mourir ? Par ce poêle défectueux.....bref le principe du commerce c est d être à l écoute et prévenant ce qui ne doit pas être les 2 adjectifs qui manquent à la direction...on y retournera PAS et on le conseil pas non plus

    As a couple, we spent just one night in the "pod". We were very well received, the staff were attentive and smiling. This estate is a perfect place to recharge your batteries, and the breakfast was copious and excellent. Special mention for the Bodum piston coffee maker. Clean bathrooms, nothing to complain about! Many thanks to the staff, especially the receptionist. We'll be back again!

    Nous avons, en couple, passé une seule nuit en "pod". Nous avons été très bien reçus, le personnel était à l' écoute et souriant. Ce domaine est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer, le petit déjeuner était copieux et excellent. Mention spéciale pour le café en cafetière "Bodum" à piston. Sanitaires propres, rien à redire ! Un grand merci au personnel et en particulier, à l'agente d'accueil. Nous reviendrons !
