The park is appreciated for its beautiful location directly on the lake with stunning views. Guests praise the friendly staff and warm welcome, as well as the clean sanitary facilities and pleasant swimming pool. The tranquillity, opportunities for walks around the lake and the restaurant are frequently mentioned positively. Areas for improvement include the size and shade of some pitches, the accessibility and service at reception, and the limited entertainment activities.

The reservation process was flawless. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and the instructions were clear. The tent site had no grass—just dirt with pebbles (not great for tent stakes)—so I was pretty disappointed (the site next to it was empty and had grass...). The showers worked, but the layout was inconvenient—it got your belongings wet. Otherwise, the other guests made for a good, quiet night’s sleep despite the thunderstorm.

Beautiful setting, and we really appreciated being so close to the lake. Clean restrooms. As for the rest, we were really disappointed: the site was very cramped, uncomfortable, in direct sunlight, and too close to the neighbors. Upon arrival, we were initially surprised to find the reception desk closed between noon and 2 p.m., even though we hadn’t been given any information about this when we called. When we returned, we were greeted politely but nothing more. The man in charge of reception collected the remaining balance, pointed out our spot on the map, gave us the code, and that was it. No information about nearby activities, the pool, how things generally work, or places to visit... The pool, which we used once, is nice, but the steps leading down to it are not very suitable for everyone. The restaurant is open so infrequently and only by reservation that we didn’t get to enjoy it. The snack bar was closed until 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon—which, to us, is incomprehensible… Anyway. Honestly, we think this campground deserves two stars at best, instead of the three advertised. I don’t think tent campers are really welcome there.
