    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

    All very well, but they made us wait an hour to enter, communication by WhatsApp was very good, but when we arrived they passed by our side and did not say anything, after a while they send me a WhatsApp saying that they will fix the house Home and immediately came to get us having to wait another long time, one of the deals is to leave the house Home very clean before leaving the keys ... but when we arrived it was not 100% clean, the mattresses were very bad and the pillows were wrapped inside with plastic bags ...!!!!!!

    Todo muy bien, pero nos hicieron esperar una hora para poder entrar, la comunicación por WhatsApp muy bien, pero al llegar pasaron por al lado nuestro y no nos dijeron nada, al rato me mandan un WhatsApp diciendo que van arreglar la casa Home y enseguida venían a buscarnos teniendo que esperar otro buen rato, uno de los tratos es dejar la casa Home muy limpia antes de dejar las llaves… pero cuando llegamos no estaba al 100% limpia, los colchones malísimos y las almohadas envueltas por dentro con bolsas de plástico…!!!

    I've been coming to this quiet campsite, ideally located in the heart of the Narbonnaise Natural Park, for several years now, and always with the same pleasure.     Je viens depuis plusieurs années et toujours avec le même plaisir dans ce camping calme, idéalement situé au cœur du Parc Naturel de la Narbonnaise. Je ne me lasse pas de cette région magnifique, qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de découvertes variées avec une belle politique d’animations nature et culturelles.     Good experience at this campsite despite being completely dead in the middle of August. The swimming pool offered is the municipal pool, and I found the prices a bit expensive for what it is. The laundry is a bit neglected. Despite all this, we had a good stay, a very quiet campsite, even a little too quiet. Finally, the reception staff made us feel very welcome.

    Bonne expérience dans ce camping malgré qu’il soit complétement mort en plein mois d’août, la piscine proposée est la piscine municipale, je trouve les prix un peu chers pour ce que c’est. La laverie est un peu laissée à l’abandon. Malgré tout cela nous avons passé un bon séjour, camping très calme, même un peu trop. Pour finir, nous avons eu un bon accueil de la part du personnel de l’accueil.

    Bon camping mais beaucoup trop bruyant surtout si le mobil-home est à l'entrée du camping. Les animations proposées sont plutôt sympas,les services proposées sont pas mal:bar,restaurant,snack,glacier,supérette,boutique de vêtements,laverie,boulangerie,brasserie... La sécurité ne fait pas son travail la nuit,beaucoup de bruit.L'espace aquatique est top mais beaucoup trop de monde tout le temps donc pas de transat,le lagon est magnifique avec beaucoup moins de monde mais l'accès est compté avec des bracelets. Petit train à proximité mais cher,piste cyclable,commerces... Dans l'ensemble camping à refaire mais loin de l'entrée.
