    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Campground to avoid at all costs—they lied during the rental process, no activities for kids, constant noise starting at 10 p.m., a manager who screams like a madwoman to tell you something instead of saying it calmly,she adds things to the inventory report just to pocket the security deposit check. Basically, before she arrived, it was a lively campground, and now it’s turned into a crappy one—you really need to avoid it.

    Camping a éviter vivement mensonge lors de la location pas d'animation pour enfant ,plus de bruit a partir de 22h ,directrice qui crie comme une folle pour vous dire quelque chose a lieu de les dire calmement ,rajoute des choses lors des état des lieux pour encaisser le chèque de caution,en gros avant son arrivée c'était un camping vivant et la c'était devenu un camping de merde faut vraiment l'éviter

    A quiet site with a surprise in the facility block that we hired it was a big surprise to find a private bathroom with a kitchen on the veranda. Pitch was large and level

    I am leaving a review based on the potential to be brilliant that the Ensoya campsite will have once the refurbishments have been completed. I stayed here in June, it felt very quiet, not many customers and some facilities were closed because of refurbishment, but the facilities that were open were excellent (see photos), and all the people I met were very helpful. The new tents and lodges look impressive - I may come back some time to try. Thanks to Hubert for helping me with the fridge. It is a huge site and when it is full of people again it will be really fabulous.
