  Modification of the stay Unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms and Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of a modification of your stay. You may request to change the dates and/or type of accommodation of your stay at our campsite, provided your request is received by us by email at least 21 days prior to the original arrival date. You must then book a new stay at our campsite in the same season as the original stay, subject to availability and the applicable prices. Your original stay can be modified no more than once. If you are unable to take up the replacement stay, this will be considered a cancellation and any amounts paid will not be refunded. If the cost of the replacement stay is higher than the original stay, you must pay the difference. If you do not, the replacement stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions below will apply. If the cost of the replacement holiday is lower than the original holiday, we will retain the difference as compensation for the loss suffered due to the change in the holiday.

  Cancellation of the stay Unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms and Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of cancellation. Cancellation by you Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing via a valid medium (by email, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.) ● If your email or registered letter is sent more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit, the paid reservation fees, and, where applicable, the amounts paid for cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite. ● If your letter is submitted between the 30th and 15th day before your arrival, the advance payment, the reservation fees paid at the time of booking and, where applicable, the cancellation insurance paid at the time of booking will be retained by the campsite; the remaining balance of your stay will be credited towards your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your stay. If you booked your stay less than 30 days before the arrival date and your cancellation letter is submitted 15 days or more before this date, the amounts corresponding to the deposit, reservation fees and any cancellation insurance, as referred to in Article 2 of these General Terms and Conditions, will be retained by the campsite; for the remaining amount, a credit voucher will be issued which can be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked in the same season as the cancelled stay or in the following season. ● If your letter is submitted less than 15 days before the arrival date, all costs already paid to the campsite will be retained by the campsite. To receive any compensation, we recommend that you take out cancellation or interruption insurance at the time of booking.

  Notwithstanding the above, ● if your cancellation is due to the fact that you reside in an area where, on the starting date of your stay, a restriction measure is in place which prohibits residents from moving in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the amount of the deposit paid, the reservation fees paid and, where applicable, the amounts paid for cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite; the balance will be credited towards your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your stay. The same applies if your cancellation letter reaches us less than 15 days before the start of your stay; ● if your cancellation is due to force majeure, i.e. an unforeseeable, unavoidable and external event (beyond your control), all amounts paid by you will be refunded.

  Cancellation by the campsite If we are forced to cancel a reservation confirmed to you, we will inform you as soon as possible by email; the amounts paid will be fully refunded within the period stated in the Special Terms and Conditions for each campsite.

  Cancellation insurance Our prices do not include travel insurance. This is optional and may be offered in the Special Terms and Conditions.

• Payment information

  All reservation requests must be accompanied by:

  the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, together with the cost of the services reserved, including VAT and, if applicable, also including tourist tax. However, the campsite may apply a different amount, which will be indicated in the Special Conditions, the payment of booking fees, the amount of which is specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite, cancellation insurance, if taken out. The reservation is only binding upon receipt by you of the written confirmation by e-mail, which summarizes all the information regarding your stay.

  The amount of the stay, together with the cost of the services booked, including VAT, and if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid by the aforementioned deadline, the stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy as described below will apply.

  All reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless more favorable terms may be mentioned.
