If your letter is submitted less than 15 days before the arrival date, all amounts already paid to the campsite remain vested with the campsite. To receive possible compensation, we advise you to take out cancellation or interruption insurance with your booking.
Notwithstanding the foregoing,
if your cancellation is due to the fact you live in an area where, on the start date of your stay, a restriction is in force forbidding residents from travelling to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the paid deposit, reservation fees, and, if applicable, cancellation insurance amounts remain with the campsite; the remaining amount will be credited toward your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your original stay. This also applies if your cancellation letter reaches us less than 15 days before the start of your stay; if your cancellation results from force majeure, meaning an unforeseeable, unavoidable (insurmountable) and external event (outside your control), all amounts paid by you will be refunded.

This quiet, family-friendly holiday park attracts guests seeking calm and relaxation. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness, warm welcome, and excellent availability. The location is ideal for nature lovers: Plage de la Davière is about 900 meters away via a walk through the pine forest and is dog-friendly, which is highly appreciated. The heated swimming pool is of good size and popular with families, although there are comments about a lack of sunbeds and sometimes dated maintenance of the pool edges. Sanitary facilities are described as clean and well-maintained. Areas for improvement include the lack of entertainment (especially in the evenings), limited Wi-Fi/internet connectivity, noise disturbance from nearby roads, and the small on-site shop and catering facilities with limited opening hours.

Campground in a great location near the beach and bike paths. Sites are well-defined by hedges. A thatched-roof hut and a chill-out area where you can sip a perfect cocktail. Excellent fries. However, the restrooms are showing their age for a 4-star campground. The dishwashing area has just a trickle of hot water with no pressure and no lighting in the evening. The showers are very dark. The restrooms are clean but old. And the pressure washer cleaning at 9 a.m. isn’t great for those who like to sleep in on vacation. We’d expect better in this regard for a 4-star campground.

Very pleasant campground
Very warm welcome
Some renovations to the restroom facilities would be appreciated
The pool is very nice
The snack bar’s hours are great, but a slightly wider selection of food options—including vegetarian choices—would be ideal. Very good value for the price.this is a translation, click here for the original

For a 4-star campground, there are quite a few things that could be improved:
- A pedestrian area with vehicle traffic from morning to night, bringing dust and the smell of fuel (not all cars are electric), even though the parking lot could be opened for guests leaving;
- Smell from the trash cans;
- Very early morning deliveries that keep us from sleeping;
- Having to cross the campground to get to the pool;
- The front desk is closed between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., which can cause problems if you run out of gas around lunchtime—you’ll end up finishing your meal at 3:00 p.m.!!!
- The snack bar is closed in the afternoon: if your child wants ice cream or you want to have a drink, you’ll have to wait;
- Cleaning done half-heartedly: the griddle was greasy and hadn’t been cleaned at all, a frying pan still had food inside, and the blinds in the kids’ room were dirty with lots of stains from a battle with bugs;
- Rooms so small that it’s impossible to plug in a machine (sleep apnea);
- Bed covers that weren’t changed or aired out before each arrival; sheets that were still stained when we opened the dry-cleaning bags.
- A pool too small for all the guests to swim in;
- The claim that this is a campground that doesn’t allow “teens” is false; my 5-year-old grandson was hit in the head by a ball at the pool.
- The laundry room has a dirty floor;
- No Wi-Fi, and even the TV has trouble coming in. Who doesn’t need Wi-Fi these days?
Obviously, not everything is the campground’s fault—the increasingly blatant lack of civility plays a part—but still. You have to know how to command respect.this is a translation, click here for the original
- Quartier piétonnier avec un passage de véhicule du matin au soir apportant poussière, odeur de carburant (toutes les voitures ne sont pas électriques) alors que le parking pourrait être ouvert pour la sortie;
- Odeur des poubelles ;
- Livraisons le matin très tôt nous empêchant de dormir ;
- Être obligé de traverser pour aller à la piscine ;
- Snack fermé l’après-midi : si votre enfant veut une glace ou si vous voulez prendre un verre, il faut attendre ;
- Le ménage fait à moitié : la plancha grasse et pas nettoyé du tout, une poêle avec encore des aliments à l’intérieur, les stores de la chambre des enfants sales avec beaucoup de tâches liées à une bataille avec des insectes ;
- Des chambres si petites qu’il est impossible de brancher une machine (apnée du sommeil) ;
- La piscine trop petite pour que l’ensemble des résidents puissent s’y baigner ;
- La laverie dont le sol est sale ;
