    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    We just had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is perfectly suited for people with reduced mobility (fully equipped bathroom, accessible layout, and a bedroom with an XXL bed). The outdoor setting is stunning, surrounded by forest. There’s a lake nearby, a town close by, and a castle... I highly recommend it.

    Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable. Le logement est parfaitement adaptée aux PMR (salle de bain équipée, aménagement général, et chambre avec lit XXL). L'environnement extérieur est splendide, entouré de forêt. Lac à proximité, ville proche, château... Je recommande vivement.

    While the natural setting, the walks and the beach around the lake, the spacious sites, and the friendly welcome are real assets for this campground, the poor condition and lack of hygiene in the restrooms—along with the lack of separation between the men’s and women’s areas—are regrettable. The dishwashing area in sanitary block #1 was closed, limiting user comfort. The lack of maintenance of the green spaces significantly detracts from the overall experience. Cell service: Complete lack of coverage during the stay (no service available). Urgent renovation and cleaning efforts are needed.

    Si le cadre naturel,la ballade et la plage autour du lac, les emplacements spacieux et la convivialité de l'accueil sont de réels atouts pour ce camping, L'état critique et le manque d'hygiène des sanitaires avec l'absence de séparation entre les espaces hommes et femmes est regrettable. L'espace vaisselle du bloc sanitaire n°1 était fermé, limitant le confort des usagers. Manque d'entretien des espaces verts ternissent fortement l'expérience globale. Réseau mobile : Zone blanche totale durant le séjour (aucun réseau disponible). Des efforts urgents de rénovation et de nettoyage sont nécessaires.
