  Unless a specific provision is otherwise stated in the Special Terms and Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of cancellation.

  Cancellation by you:

  All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing on a durable medium (by e-mail, registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.).

  • If your e-mail/letter is sent more than 30 days before arrival: the paid deposit, reservation costs, and if applicable, amounts paid for cancellation insurance remain with the campsite. If the remaining amount has already been paid, it will be refunded (if applicable, by the cancellation insurance if it has been taken out, except when the balance is paid more than 30 days before arrival).

  • If your letter is sent between the 30th and the 15th day before arrival, the paid deposit, reservation costs, and if applicable, amounts paid for cancellation insurance remain with the campsite. The remaining amount of the stay will be converted into a credit that can be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year of the original stay date.

  • If your letter is sent less than 15 days before arrival, the full amount paid to the campsite remains with them.

  To be eligible for possible compensation, we recommend taking out cancellation or interruption insurance when booking.

  Refunds upon cancellation will in no case include amounts paid for tourist tax and cancellation insurance.

  Cancellation by the campsite:

  If we are forced to cancel a reservation confirmed by us, we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail; the amounts paid will be fully refunded to you within the period stated in the Special Terms and Conditions of each campsite, via bank transfer.

  Cancellation insurance:

  Our prices do not include travel insurance. This remains optional and may be offered in the Special Terms and Conditions.
