    First visit for us in August to Camping des Chênes Blancs, a top week!
    Clean mobile home, good bedding (and that's sacred during the vacations 😄). Small problem with an outdoor lamp that was out of order... solved immediately! Very responsive staff, nothing to complain about.
    Second stay in October, this time in a premium mobile home: now that's... top of the line 👌 Comfort, cleanliness, nothing to complain about.
    Only slight downside during the October stay: you could feel that the end of the season had come and gone as far as the entertainment was concerned 😅 Entertainers a little tired, sometimes closer to their phones than to the children... The entertainment planned for Halloween was unfortunately cancelled several times, and the mini-club a little complicated when there were only 3 or 4 children (who found themselves left to their own devices). It's a shame, especially when the little ones are looking forward to it!
    But honestly, despite this little hiccup at the end of the season, the campsite is still a great place to stay. The reception team is top-notch, always smiling, and the manager is a great listener and very friendly.
    Proof that we feel good here: we're coming back in April for 10 days 😄 So, apart from this little off-season setback, the rest has largely convinced us!

    Première visite pour nous en août au Camping des Chênes Blancs une semaine au top !
    Mobil-home propre, bonne literie (et ça, c’est sacré pendant les vacances 😄). Petit souci avec une lampe extérieure HS… réglé immédiatement ! Personnel très réactif, rien à dire.
    Deuxième séjour en octobre, cette fois en mobil-home premium : alors là… le top du top 👌 Confort, propreté, rien à redire.
    Seul petit bémol pendant le séjour d’octobre : on sentait que la fin de saison était passée par là du côté de l’animation 😅 Animateurs un peu fatigués, parfois plus proches de leur téléphone que des enfants… Les animations prévues pour Halloween ont malheureusement été annulées plusieurs fois, et le mini-club un peu compliqué quand il n’y avait que 3 ou 4 enfants (qui se sont retrouvés livrés à eux-mêmes). Dommage, surtout quand les petits attendent ça avec impatience !
    Mais honnêtement, malgré ce petit couac de fin de saison, le camping reste un super endroit. L’équipe à la réception est vraiment au top, toujours souriante, et la directrice est à l’écoute et très sympathique.
    Preuve qu’on s’y sent bien : on revient en avril pour 10 jours 😄 Comme quoi, à part ce petit “coup de mou” hors saison, le reste nous a largement convaincus !

    I showed up at this campsite for a business meeting that had been scheduled since October. No one was there to greet me. After waiting, I had to call the contact number: the person I spoke to on the phone told me she didn't even know about the appointment. This lack of communication and seriousness is totally unacceptable for a company that's supposed to be organized. Change your recruitment methods.

    Je me suis présenté à ce camping pour un rendez-vous professionnel prévu depuis Octobre. Personne n’était présent pour m’accueillir. Après avoir attendu, j’ai dû appeler le numéro de contact : la personne que j’ai eue au téléphone m’a indiqué qu’elle n’était même pas au courant du rendez-vous. Un manque de communication et de sérieux totalement inacceptable pour un établissement censé être organisé. Changer vos méthodes de recrutement.
