The wooden holiday home offers space for up to 6 people with three separate bedrooms, so everyone has enough privacy. After a day outside, warm up together in the private sauna and then relax on the terrace with a drink in your hand, looking out over the natural grounds and the water.

You stay in a quiet holiday area with two bathing lakes that are exclusively for guests of the houses here. That means no crowds – just you and your group taking a refreshing swim, floating on the water or simply chilling on the shore. It’s the kind of place where you can finally switch off your phone and slow down.

Wiefelstede lies in the middle of the lovely park landscape of the Ammerland region. In May and June the surroundings turn into a colourful sea of azaleas and rhododendrons – perfect for easy walks, photos and relaxed bike rides through fields and meadows. With around 800 hectares of forest nearby, you’ll find endless trails to explore, or quiet spots to just sit, talk and enjoy nature.

In the evenings, you don’t always have to cook. In the area you’ll find several cosy, well-kept restaurants where you can try regional Ammerland specialities – ideal for a relaxed dinner after a day by the lake.

WiFi and final cleaning are already included, so you can arrive, drop your bags and start your holiday straight away. Just remember: bed linen must be booked in advance and paid on site, and you need to bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed, which keeps the cabin extra calm and suitable for anyone with allergies.
