Wake up on the water in Floating House 1 – Classic, your cosy home-on-a-boat in the harbour of Barth. This comfortable houseboat for up to 4 people lies in a quiet, separate part of the marina, surrounded by nature and with beautiful views over the Bodden lagoon.

From the upper deck you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the light play on the water and the boats in the harbour. In the evening, it’s the perfect spot for a drink at sunset or a relaxed board game outside. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and everything you need for an easy-going stay, ideal for a couple, family or small group of friends. There’s even a small wooden hut on the jetty where you can safely store your bikes or beach gear. A handcart is available on site, so you can easily transport your luggage from the car to your floating hideaway.

Final cleaning, WiFi (limited in the harbour) and a parking space are already included, so you can start your holiday without any hassle. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately, exactly how it suits you.

Just outside Barth you’ll find a small, guarded Bodden beach – great for a refreshing dip close by. Fancy wide, sandy beaches? The famous Baltic Sea peninsula Fischland-Darß is only about 10 km away and easy to reach by car, bike or even by bathing ship. Here you’ll discover idyllic villages with thatched-roof houses and long, natural beaches where you can sunbathe, swim and unwind.

The calm waters around the Bodden are perfect for all kinds of water sports: go sailing, surfing, fishing, motorboating, rowing or paddling – there’s something for every water lover. In the region you’ll also find plenty of sporting activities and exciting excursion options.

From the marina you can walk to Barth’s historic old town and city harbour in just a few minutes. Stroll along the promenade, wander through medieval alleys and admire beautifully restored town houses and brick Gothic buildings. Cosy cafés, small shops and the lively harbour square create a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. Floating House 1 gives you the best of both worlds: pure waterside relaxation and the charm of a small Baltic town right at your doorstep.
