Wake up on the water in Floating House 5 – Classic, a cosy houseboat for up to 4 people in the marina of Barth. Here you stay in a quiet, separate part of the harbour, surrounded by nature and with a fantastic view over the Bodden from your own upper deck.

This floating holiday home combines peace and privacy with the charm of a small Baltic town. In just a few minutes you can stroll to the historic old town and the lively city harbour, where you’ll find picturesque alleys, brick Gothic buildings and a relaxed promenade right by the water.

On board you’ll find everything you need for an easy-going stay. The houseboat has several bedrooms, a bathroom and a comfortable living area where you can relax after a day outside. Thanks to the included final cleaning, WiFi in the harbour area (limited) and your own parking space, your arrival and departure stay stress-free.

Each houseboat comes with a small wooden hut on the jetty – ideal for safely storing your bikes or extra luggage. A handcart is available on site, so you can easily wheel your bags from the car to your floating home.

Fancy a swim? At the edge of Barth you’ll find a small, guarded Bodden beach for a refreshing dip close by. If you prefer the wide sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea, drive, bike or take a boat about 10 km to the Fischland-Darß peninsula. There you’ll discover long beaches, idyllic villages with thatched-roof houses and a laid-back seaside vibe.

The Bodden and surrounding waters are perfect for all kinds of water sports: sailing, surfing, motorboating, fishing, rowing, paddling or simply swimming. In the wider region you’ll find plenty of activities and excursions, from sporty adventures to relaxed day trips.
