Looking for a special place to unwind by the sea? This cosy “Hausboot Family & Friends” in Marina Boltenhagen is a floating holiday home on the Baltic Sea – perfect for a relaxed break with your partner, your small family or a couple of friends.

Your houseboat has a fixed, stationary berth in the modern Weißen Wiek marina, so you enjoy the real boat feeling without having to steer or need a licence. You’re right on the water, but the beach, promenade and mainland are just a short stroll away. Ideal if you love the sea breeze, sunsets over the harbour and waking up to gentle waves.

Inside, the houseboat feels bright and welcoming. Large glass fronts in the living and dining area let in plenty of daylight and create a great sense of freedom and connection with nature. If you want more privacy or shade, you can easily close the blinds. There is space for up to 3 people, with one separate bedroom and a comfortable living area to relax, read or play games together.

    The houseboat was super unique! I liked the big windows, let in so much light, The location was great for beach days and exploring the area, Sometimes a little noisy from the marina, but honestly, it just added charm, Definitely a good experience overall!

    We had such a great time on the houseboat! The kids loved it and we could relax on the sundeck, It was nice to be on the water, but still close to all the nice places like Wismar, The heating worked well too, kept us warm on cold nights, Definitely recommended!
