This moored houseboat lies in a separate, peaceful part of the picturesque marina and offers you a unique mix of nature, comfort and city vibes.

The eye‑catcher is the spacious roof terrace. Here you can lounge, read a book or enjoy long summer evenings with a drink in your hand, while you look out over the Bodden. From the upper deck you have magnificent, wide views across the water – perfect for sunrise coffees and sunset photos.

Inside, the houseboat is comfortably furnished for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal if you’re travelling as a family, with friends or as two couples and like a bit of privacy. The living area is cosy and bright, and thanks to the moored location you enjoy that gentle rocking feeling of being really on the water, but with the comfort of a holiday home.

You stay close to nature, yet you’re also just a short walk away from Barth’s charming old town and city harbour. Stroll past medieval alleys, lovingly restored town houses and impressive brick Gothic buildings, then relax on the harbour square or promenade. Want to get active? On site you can rent bicycles or boats and make use of the harbour facilities. A handcart is available to easily transport your luggage across the marina.

Highlights such as energy costs (until 2025), Wi‑Fi (limited in the harbour) and parking are included. Nearby you’ll find a small guarded beach on the Bodden, and the endless Baltic Sea beaches on the Fischland‑Darß peninsula are only about 10 km away – easy to reach by car, bike or boat. Here you can explore idyllic villages with thatched‑roof houses, enjoy relaxed beach days and try all kinds of water sports such as sailing, surfing, swimming, rowing and paddling.
