The park offers exceptionally spacious pitches with stunning views over the Sauerland, terraced layout with excellent privacy through hedges. Guests appreciate the clean sanitary facilities and the peaceful, nature-rich location that is ideal for hiking and cycling. Criticism focuses on reception and staff, with guests experiencing unfriendliness and limited accessibility, as well as insufficient toilets and showers for the number of guests.

We spent a week camping at this lovely campground. We were assigned a magnificent
spot on one of the terraces. What a spacious spot, what a view—we’ll definitely be coming back here more often.
By the way, we were able to book an extra day without any problems.
The restroom building is clean, and you can take a shower without tokens.
From our spot, we could just walk right out of the campground to walk our dog. Around every bend, it’s a surprise to see what the most beautiful sights the Sauerland has to offer.
We spoke with a few regular campers this week; the area is well worth visiting even in the early and late seasons.
Next time, we’ll definitely book a longer stay. We’re far from done exploring this area.
