General information

The treehouses at Family Park Sottrum
The picturesque cottages are built on stilts in the small forest above the restaurant and provide sleeping space for two adults and two children. Each treehouse is dedicated to a special theme. All three houses have a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) and a smaller double bed for children (1.2 x 1.8 m with slanted ceilings at both the head and foot ends). The accommodations have electricity so you won't be left in the dark at night. The built-in heater ensures you'll be warm from the first to the last day of the season. There are also sockets for mobile phones or a kettle. Every treehouse has a covered outdoor seating area.
Star House
This house is perfect for all stargazers. With a fold-out sofa, the terrace offers space for two people to gaze at the stars. The house itself shines in every corner and with its imaginative interior you'll find a heavenly sleep.
Jungle House
All adventurers sleep well here. The entrance is guarded by a cobra. A small elephant provides light and after an exciting day in the park, you can snuggle up in colorful jungle bedding to explore the most remote corners of the world in your dreams.
Witch House
Don't worry, there are no evil witches at Family Park Sottrum! In this accommodation, you’ll sleep magically – protected by good magic! This house is ideal for anyone who doesn't want to climb a steep staircase to get into their treehouse, because it is not built as high on stilts as the other two houses, but just above the ground.
Wipfel House
The Wipfel House is the largest treehouse in Family Park Sottrum and offers enough sleeping space for 7 people. There is also a shower with a watering can, a spacious terrace, and lots of storage space for suitcases and coolers. The sleeping area on the upper floor is 1.8 m wide and 2 m long. On the ground floor, there are two beds measuring 0.6x2 m and the other two beds measure 0.6x1.8 m.
Villa Kunterbunt
Villa Kunterbunt is lovingly decorated and has its own toilet. It is equipped with a small kitchenette with two hobs, pots, plates, a refrigerator, a coffee pod machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The built-in heating keeps the house warm from the first to the last day of the season. The two open "bedrooms" are located in the bay windows, accessible by ladders, and each equipped with 3 beds. In the living room there is a large table for comfortable gatherings. Next to the house is a charcoal grill for cozy barbecues.
Dragon House
The new barrel house with a large terrace is decorated by the world champion chainsaw artist. The sleeping areas are stacked over each other. At the top is a large area for 3 people. Additionally, 2 people can sleep downstairs, who prefer less space above. The upper sleeping area is 2.2 meters wide and 2 meters long, and the lower sleeping area measures 1.2x2 m. Be enchanted!
