General information
In the eastern idyll of Frei wie der Wind, you experience camping as it's meant to be. From sunrise to sunset, breathe in the fresh sea air, walk barefoot through the dunes to the sea, admire the starry sky in the evening, and fall asleep to the sound of the Baltic Sea. The connection with the surrounding landscape and the beauty of simplicity define the glamping experience at Frei wie der Wind.
The tent lodges at Frei wie der Wind
Behind the simple exterior of the tents, you'll find plenty of luxury inside. A chic, well-equipped kitchen with electric stove, a dining area, a cozy living room with flat-screen TV, separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet make your stay special. The need for openness is typically Scandinavian: the front panels of the tents can be rolled up, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. Each tent lodge includes free WiFi, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, a safe, a handcart for transporting your luggage, a heater (oil at an extra charge), your own reserved parking space, and an initial supply of toilet paper, coffee capsules, and bin bags.
Tent Lodge I at Frei wie der Wind
Tent Lodge I offers 65 m² of space for up to six adults, making it ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Three separate bedrooms ensure maximum privacy: a master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. The covered terrace of 15 m² invites you to relax—whether you're having breakfast with a sea view or gathering together in the evening, sheltered from the weather.
Tent Lodge II at Frei wie der Wind
With its 65 m², Tent Lodge II is perfect for families or small groups of up to five adults. The flexible layout with three bedrooms allows for individual sleeping arrangements: a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a room with two single beds, and an extra room with a single bed. Here, too, you can enjoy a spacious covered terrace of 15 m² as an extended outdoor space where you can fully savor the Baltic Sea breeze.
Tent Lodge III at Frei wie der Wind
The 65 m² Tent Lodge III is specially designed for families with children, accommodating up to four adults and two children. In addition to two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds—a special highlight awaits younger guests: a bunk bed for two children up to twelve years old with a playroom underneath, inviting them to run around and explore. The covered 15 m² terrace provides a sheltered retreat for the whole family, even in changing weather.
