Gesundheitshof Denker - Gypsy Wagon Jutland

Want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while? Connect with nature, with yourself, and simply unplug? Then Gesundheitshof Denker in Schleswig-Holstein, German Jutland, is the perfect holiday destination.   The accommodation The vintage gypsy wagon in Jutland is decorated in a rural-modern style and accommodates up to 3 people. There is a double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters, and a sofa bed for a possible third guest. The compact but well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, a refrigerator and freezer, an oven, and of course a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The cast iron stove, with free wood, provides extra warmth on colder days. There is also a small table with two chairs and a stool, and a bathroom with a toilet and sink. The shower is located 50 meters away in the training room at Gesundheitshof Denker.   Facilities The gypsy wagon sits in the fairytale garden of this special glamping site in Germany. The owners run a spiritual practice offering massages, yoga, healing sessions, but also taekwondo, capoeira, and jiujitsu. You can also join a raw/vegan cooking workshop, and you are warmly invited to help out in the garden in exchange for vegetables, potatoes, and herbs. You are welcome to use the bicycles free of charge.   The surroundings The bicycles available at this glamping in Jutland are simple. If you prefer more comfortable bikes, you can rent these in the area. In the nearby village of Bredstedt, you'll find supermarkets, health food stores, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés. There are also vegetarian and vegan restaurants in the area. The Nordfriesland region is on the German Wadden Sea coast, so you can enjoy various (nature) excursions such as mudflat hiking, boat trips, swimming, and sunbathing on the beach. Be sure to take a trip to Sylt, the largest Wadden island near the Danish border, and the Halligen. In Bredstedt and Husum, you'll find several swimming pools, and the Mittleres nature center is also an interesting place to visit. In just 50 minutes you can be at the Danish border, so you can also explore North Jutland further.   Extra amenities You can order a healthy breakfast (smoothie or breakfast bowl). The gypsy wagon has additional infrared heating for cold days or nights. It is also possible to stay here during the winter months, but the water is turned off when it freezes. You can then use the shower and toilet in the training room, and cook and wash up in the adjacent kitchen.   Displayed prices are based on the price per night in the low season.
