At Natur-Camping Langenwald, you can choose between a cozy lodge and lovingly furnished log cabins – ideal for a stay close to nature in the Black Forest.

Lodge The lodge offers about 65 square meters of space for up to four people. It is built on stilts and offers, with its small terrace and large panoramic window, a view over the campground and surrounding forest. Underneath the lodge, you have your own garden area with direct access to the stream – perfect for relaxing or playing. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. In the eat-in kitchen you’ll find a stove, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and a pod coffee maker. You can buy the right pods in the on-site shop. Please bring your own towels, i.e. bath towels and tea towels. Bed linen is provided, smoking is not allowed in the accommodation, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Log cabin The log cabins are available for rent all year round. You can choose from two cottage-style log cabins and one hunting lodge-style log cabin. Here too, up to four people can stay on an area of about 55 square meters. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Underfloor heating provides a cozy atmosphere, even in winter. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a stove, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and a pod coffee maker – you can also get the right pods in the shop. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The outdoor terrace invites you to relax. Please bring your own towels (bath towels and tea towels). Bed linen is provided. Smoking is not allowed in the log cabins. WLAN is available free of charge.

The facilities at Camping Langenwald

During your stay at Natur-Camping Langenwald, you can look forward to a natural environment with various hiking opportunities. A small shop directly on the premises offers a daily bread roll service and everything you need for your daily needs. For bigger groceries, you’ll find the nearest supermarket in Freudenstadt, just 4 km away. In the evenings, you can visit the restaurant right on the campsite, which is open daily during the campsite’s opening times. The outdoor pool is the perfect way to cool off on warm days and is heated by solar energy. On cooler days you can relax in the sauna, which you can rent exclusively. There are also other recreation facilities, such as table tennis, billiards, a barbecue hut, and a children’s playground. Swimming is not allowed in the Langenbrunnenweiher or the Forbach, but you can fish there. This way, you can enjoy the peace of nature by the water without the crowds.

The area around Baden-Württemberg, Germany

The region around Camping Langenwald offers many excursion possibilities. Numerous hiking and cycling routes start right at the campsite. There is also a bus stop at the campsite – so you can reach Freudenstadt and the Black Forest National Park easily and free of charge by public transport. In Freudenstadt, about 5 minutes away, you’ll find the largest market square in Germany, as well as the Panorama Pool with slides, children’s area, and sauna. About a 45-minute drive away is the treetop walk through the Black Forest in Bad Wildbad, which offers an impressive view over the forest, as well as many other excursion options. The nearby Black Forest National Park also invites you for walks and nature experiences – ideal for peaceful or active days in nature.
