    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    We stayed at this campground (Nord’Ealsass) with our RV and motorcycle trailer (using an ACSI card for 21 euros, including electricity, in September)…
    . The site was 50 meters from the restrooms (very clean). The site has a slight slope (but with wheel chocks, no problem)

    Now, a word to the other campers:
    If you have dogs, please … don’t let your pets roam freely near other RV campers (and please pick up after them)…. It’s a matter of respecting your neighbors and keeping the site clean!!!

    Because we ourselves have a dog, a cat, and a parrot!!!
    And even if your Saint Bernard loves cats, our cat protects his little companion, and I wouldn’t bet much on your giant poodle’s eyes either!!!

    In short, getting along with others is important at a campground, too!!!

    Aside from that (the “laid-back” approach to discipline), everything else is great at this campground

    Nous avons été dans ce camping ( Nord’Ealsass ) avec notre camping car et remorque moto ( avec carte ACSI 21 Euros avec électricité ( septembre) …
    Emplacement à 50 mètres des sanitaires ( très propre) . Emplacement avec une légère pente ( mais avec des cales pas de soucis)

    Là je m’adresse aux autres campeurs :
    Si vous avez des chiens , prière de ne pas laisser gambader en liberté vos animaux vers les autres campings caristes ( et de ramasser les KK ) …. Il s’agit de respecter les voisins tout comme la propreté des lieux !!!

    Car nous même nous avons un chien , un chat et un perroquet !!!
    Et même si votre saint Bernard aime les chats, notre chat, lui , protège son petit compagnon, et je ne donnerai pas cher pour les yeux de votre caniche géant non plus !!!

    Bref , le vivre ensemble est important également sur un camping !!!

    À part cela ( l’éducation a la cool ) tout est super dans ce camping

    We stayed here for three nights during the second week of September and enjoyed it immensely. We were greeted very warmly and felt right at home.
    The campsites are spacious, and the restrooms are truly top-notch: clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the sauna. After a long and strenuous hike, it … was pure bliss to completely unwind here.
    The value for money is also excellent. In short, highly recommended! We definitely recommend this campground to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and relaxation.

    Wij hebben hier in de tweede week van september drie nachten verbleven en hebben er enorm van genoten. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en voelden ons meteen welkom.
    De kampeerplaatsen zijn ruim en het sanitair is werkelijk pico bello: netjes, verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben vooral genoten van het binnenzwembad en de sauna. Na een lange en pittige wandeling was het echt een zaligheid om hier helemaal tot rust te komen.
    Ook de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. Kortom, een echte aanrader! Wij raden deze camping zeker en vast aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar rust, comfort en ontspanning.

    A lovely campsite with spacious pitches and excellent facilities. It's an easy walk to the village of Oberbronn, and there are cycle rides and walks nearby. The swimming pool was so refreshing! Plus we enjoyed the freshly delivered bakery products for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed hearing the owls at night!

    The chalets are very spartanly furnished; you have to pay extra for every little thing.
    The older chalets are very close together, while the newer ones are nicely spaced out.
    The swimming pool is in need of renovation.
    I wouldn’t want to vacation here again, especially given the prices.
    Since there weren’t many guests, it was pleasantly quiet, but unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t open either.

    Die Chalets sind sehr primitiv eingerichtet, für jede Kleinigkeit muss man extra zahlen.
    Die älteren Chalets stehen sehr dicht beieinander, die neueren stehen schön frei.
    Das Swimmingpool gehört mal saniert.
    Nochmals würde ich hier nicht Urlaub machen wollen, vor allem bei den Preisen.
    Da nicht viele Gäste da waren, war es angenehm ruhig, aber leider auch kein Restaurant-Betrieb vorhanden.
