Summary created out of 244 reviews

The park is beautifully situated in the mountains among green hills, within easy driving distance of both the Italian Riviera and charming mountain villages like Dolceacqua and Isolabona. Guests praise the friendly, multilingual staff who work hard to make everyone feel welcome. The wood-fired pizzas are highly appreciated for their quality and value. At the same time, there are clear areas for improvement: the sanitary facilities are new but not cleaned frequently enough, the pool is too small and often overcrowded, and there is noise disturbance late into the evening from music and partygoers.

We rented a spot for two nights when we arrived. The staff was unpleasant—I’ve never seen anything like it…
The campground was very, very dirty… We didn’t stay—it was impossible for us to stay in a place like this… The receptionist spoke to us as if we were dogs…Don’t even get me started on the lady in the office—she’s just bitter about life. Change careers, sir and ma’am—you’re not cut out for this at all!!! The lady at the bar was unpleasant and aloof.
This is my first time in Italy, and I’m disappointed!!!
We had to look for a place to stay on the very day we arrived, right in the middle of summer—it wasn’t easy!!!
This campground was voted “Best Campground of 2025,” but lol—because as far as I’m concerned, it should be voted “Worst Campground of 2026”!!!
    Stay away from this campground!!!!

They offer rooms online, but then say you only have one parking space available and won't let you cancel for free.

Our family stayed here for 10 days with our tent. Luckily, the kids had a great time. The staff was very friendly. And the entertainment team, in particular, was absolutely fantastic!

However, it was a bit of a letdown that the restroom facilities were only cleaned once a day, in the morning. I don’t think that’s even allowed. Luckily, I had brought a shower mat, so it wasn’t quite as bad, but going to the bathroom in the evening wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

The pool is simple but nice and refreshing; it might be helpful to indicate the depth of the pool somewhere—anyone shorter than 1.90 can’t stand in it, and if you’re on vacation with kids, that’s definitely good to know.

When checking in, I was shocked by the hidden fee of 44 euros for electricity. I’d booked directly through the campground and received a quote that didn’t mention anything about this—it only stated that the tourist tax still had to be paid, but nothing about electricity. Please address this, as it wasn’t a pleasant start to our vacation.

Other than that, we enjoyed the surroundings, even though it was quite hot for us.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

The space for vans is too small. The restrooms are clean at 9 a.m.; after that, you’ll need to wear boots.
Too expensive for the quality of the services.
The music at the bar is too loud…
    We won’t be coming back.
Note: The pizzas and cocktails are excellent.

We’re giving it one star because there’s no lower rating. We made a reservation 4 months ago for a motorhome site. They asked us for details… we have a 2-year-old baby… and they put us outside the grounds, across the street, in a garage entrance!!! With a baby?
We filed a complaint and they resolved the issue! But it’s outrageous—be careful if you book there. My partner swallowed some water; at first, he couldn’t breathe. We called for help, but the first responders were just chatting and laughing among themselves—very unprofessional. We had a really rough time. Luckily, it was just one night. Be careful if you go!
