To Sella Mosca, the largest winery in Sardinia
Enjoying a glass of wine during your glamping vacation in Italy is sure to come in handy in Sardinia. But you can also visit many vineyards on the island. The largest winery is Sella Mosca, just a 10-minute drive from the campsite. You can go there year-round for guided tours. Take a look into the wine cellars and see how the making process works. An educational and tasty trip!

A day at the Porto Conte Regional Park
Want to alternate the beach for an active day in the greenery? Then head to the Porto Conte Regional Park. Hike over hills, enjoy the beautiful viewpoints and admire the flora and fauna. There are several routes through the park, which are also great to make with children. Who knows, you might come across donkeys and ponies, or go in search of the pink flamingo. There is plenty to admire in this nature reserve! The highest point in the park is Monte d'Olia. From 437 meters up here you have the best view of Sardinia and its azure waters. With more than 5,000 acres of nature, there is plenty to explore.
Heading toward the city of Alghero
Alghero, one of the largest cities in Sardinia, is about 5 kilometers from the glamping site. Take a trip to the historic center and wander the beautiful narrow streets, where the balconies are full of laundry hanging to dry. With its Catalan influences, many restaurants and a harbor, there is much to see, do and taste! Visit the Catalan Gothic Santa Maria Cathedral and walk the centuries-old seawalls. Head toward the squares for restaurants, enjoy an aperitivo and browse the many quaint stores. End your day with a delicious Italian dinner, or find a spot to watch the sunset.
The Caves of Neptune
Not too far from the glamping are the Neptune Caves. A special piece of nature you can get to by boat from Alghero, or by climbing a steep rock with more than 500 steps. Once inside the caves you will admire the most beautiful stalactites and an extraordinary underground lake. Through this glamping in Sardinia it is possible to book excursions, including this particular excursion by boat!

The sanitary facilities are simple but clean. Showers with hot water at no extra cost (no coin-operated showers). The pitches are freely selectable and spacious (at least now in April). Neither sea view nor private beach. Pool area still closed. Proximity to Alghero positive. All in all ok, but clearly too expensive for the services offered. This also applies to the restaurant.

Campsite is clean and tidy aaaber: staff every morning from 7.30 with leaf blowers on the way and smoke and chatter that half the place wakes up! Also unprofessional, extending and paying.....Unfortunately very chaotic process, if you can speak of process at all......We had to wait 25 minutes to check out, a joke Price/performance absolutely not okay

We wanted to use the supply and disposal facilities when we were passing through with the camper van....we had to pay a steep €30 for this.....I understand that we are not the clientele with whom money is made as travelers passing through....but the price is already very sporty....a bit of a shame.

The pictures do not reflect what is found here. In our opinion, the place only deserves 2 stars. Here are the reasons: -Even in the low season (April!) you pay as a family almost 80€ for one night although e.g. the water park only opens in May -Service more bad than good -Sanitary outdated! Showers mini small, without shelf space. Should be modernized at this price -Employees race around the site in their vehicles - keep an eye on your children. -The pizza in the restaurant is delicious! But the prices are completely overpriced and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. Just don't order "bruschetta"! -Check out by 10, even in April. Then a huge queue because everyone comes at the same time. Had to stand in line for at least half an hour...unnecessary. -Loudness due to proximity to the airport -The beach is advertised but is super dirty with garbage and piles of seaweed. Not even nice for a walk. All this would be complaining on a high level if everything here wasn't extremely expensive. The playground and the proximity to Alghero are positive, almost the only positive thing. SORRY but you better change something ig you want happy guests!

SORRY but you better change something ig you want happy guests!
