General information

Experience the ultimate glamping feeling in the spacious 38m² safari tent, equipped with a private bathroom. This comfortable tent accommodates 4 people and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. You sleep soundly on the two box-spring beds (80x200) with mosquito net in the main area. For the children there is a separate sleeping area with a bunk bed (80/90x200) and also mosquito nets, so everyone will enjoy a good night's sleep. Upon arrival, the beds are already made, what a vacation!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a 4-burner gas stove (or electric, depending on location), a refrigerator with freezer, and running hot and cold water. At the cozy dining area, consisting of a bench and two chairs, you can eat together and plan for the day.

Outside you will find a spacious veranda with two lounge chairs where you can enjoy the outdoors. Thanks to the porch, you live mostly outside during your vacation: from having breakfast in the morning sun to relaxing with a book in the afternoon.

The safari tent has electricity and combines luxury with the adventurous feeling of camping. A perfect base for an unforgettable vacation!

    Van 8 juli tot 15 juli op Camping Monti del Sole gestaan. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke relaxte tijd gehad. Hele rustige camping. We mochten zelf mee een plek uitzoeken. Bij de eigenaresse Angela kan je altijd terecht voor vragen en tips. Ze neemt ruimschoots de tijd om je te helpen. Prachtige omgeving. Wij hebben er van genoten. Wat ons opviel was de vriendelijkheid van de Italiaanse mensen op de camping. Wij voelden ons helemaal thuis.

    First positive point: emphasizing the importance of recycling, which—especially for nature lovers and camping enthusiasts—is absolutely essential. The campground is indeed clean, but also quiet and, above all, very cool (the trees provide natural shade over the entire campground). We were welcomed warmly. If we were to return to this area, the Monti del Sole campground would definitely be our go-to spot.

    Primo punto a favore: sottolineare l'importanza della raccolta differenziata che, soprattutto per chi ama la natura e vive il campeggio, è una cosa imprescindibile. Il villaggio si presenta infatti pulito, ma anche silenzioso e soprattutto freschissimo (gli alberi fanno da naturale tetto d'ombra all'intero villaggio). Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza. Dovessimo tornare da queste parti, il camping Monti del Sole sarebbe sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento

    A campground completely nestled within an 80,000-square-meter wooded area, offering a variety of options to suit every need: spacious sites for tents, trailers, and RVs; safari tents; or fully built apartments complete with a porch and barbecue.
    Almost all accommodations are completely shaded by trees with dense canopies that help keep temperatures cool.
    The common areas are always neat and clean.
    Available to all guests are swimming pools (with umbrellas and lounge chairs; swim caps required), a small playground for children, a soccer field, a green-volley court, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table.
    Next to the reception desk, the bar-restaurant always offers a cool and comfortable “refuge” from thirst and hunger: just reading the daily menu makes your mouth water as you think of the excellent dishes prepared with care and passion by the owners, Elisa and Corrado.
    A special thank you to those who manage the entire facility so admirably: Ms. Angela Rosa for her warm welcome, her complete dedication to making guests feel as comfortable as possible, and her thoughtful and valuable advice on must-see activities and excursions in the wonderful surroundings of Narni.

    Un camping completamente immerso in un’area boschiva di 80.000 mq. con varie soluzioni per accontentare tutte le esigenze: ampie piazzole per tende, roulotte e camper, tende safari oppure veri e propri appartamenti in muratura con tanto di portico e barbecue.
    Quasi tutte le soluzioni sono completamente all’ombra di alberi dalle folte chiome che mitigano la temperatura.
    I percorsi comuni sono sempre ordinati e puliti.
    A disposizione di tutti i clienti ci sono le piscine (con ombrelloni e lettini, obbligo di cuffia), un parchetto con giochi per i più piccoli, un campo da calcio, uno da green-volley, un tavolo da ping-pong ed un calcio balilla.
    A fianco della reception il bar-ristorante offre sempre un fresco e comodo “riparo” alla sete ed alla fame: solo leggendo il menù del giorno viene l’acquolina in bocca pensando agli ottimi piatti preparati con cura e passione dai gestori Elisa e Corrado.
    Un ringraziamento particolare a chi gestisce egregiamente tutta la struttura: la Signora Angela Rosa per l’affettuosa accoglienza, la più totale disponibilità a far sentire i clienti il meglio possibile e per i premurosi e preziosi consigli su attività ed escursioni imperdibili nei meravigliosi dintorni di Narni.

    This camping is one of the best we stayed in Italy. It has everything you need. Quiet, relaxing and all green surroundings with beautiful trees.
