It was really a struggle with "Happycamp", we found a moldy mobile home with a baby and a toddler, overnight I got a rash all over my body, which is why we left the very next morning (we had a long journey, only arrived in the afternoon and therefore stayed one night with the children), we had booked for a week. We left Happycamp anything but happy, and the neighbors obviously had the same problem as we did. After endless discussions and multiple refusals of reimbursement by happycamp (an apology for the circumstances is still outstanding today despite pictures of the extreme mold infestation in the mobile home), a partial refund was only made after a medical certificate was presented, after an eternal struggle. To "offer" such a thing to a family with two small children (the sofa was also totally worn out, pictures were taken as proof) is really borderline, in our opinion the operators are not interested in the health of their customers. We were left with the balance and the tourist tax paid in advance, what a pity, we had imagined our end of vacation to be really nice and instead had to end it with a visit to the doctor. NOT to be recommended!!!! This review goes online with the pictures, despite the operators trying to dissuade me with reference to legal action, which clearly proves how the people behind "happycamp" are.
