We spent a week from April 13 to April 20 in the Aspen2 lodge. We liked everything very much. Our lodges were managed by contractors: a man and a woman. We communicated with them by text message. They responded instantly! During our stay at the campsite, there was a heavy downpour, and afterwards the power went out in the lodge. The contractors came right away and tried to fix the light. But they were unsuccessful. They offered us to move to another lodge (we refused, we didn't want to make a fuss for the remaining 2 days of our vacation), they brought us some additional lamps to the rooms where there was no light). Everything is super. We are satisfied. The house was perfectly clean. Most importantly, there was a dishwasher! There were all the necessary utensils for a comfortable life: 3 pans of different sizes, pots, plates, cups/glasses. The rented bed linen for 5€/set was also super. Vacationers: mostly Germans. Very good location of the campsite. Close on foot to both Bordolino and Lacise. Not far from the campsite is the olive oil museum, I recommend! Delicious oil, olives and quality face cream! We drove around the lake by car: our part of the lake is the most beautiful! I do not understand the dissatisfied reviews, perhaps it depends on the period of stay at the campsite and the number of campers. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no toilet paper or soap in the toilets on the campsite at all)))))) Everything else: super! We will gladly come back again!

Mobile home: It was small and fine, simply furnished, you have everything you need, you only had one bathroom but it worked, the space was not so much but it was durable because we were almost not in the mobile home except to sleep and co. Service: The service is nice and helpful. Location: It is located in the center of Cisano, near Bardolino. There are many restaurants nearby and 1-2 supermarkets. Conclusion: I can't complain , I liked it there and I would go there again.

We had booked a 6-person bungalow the week before Easter (including parking). After the first night, we were called to reception to explain that we couldn't park in front of the bungalow because our Sprinter looked like a camper van (the Sprinter fitted perfectly in the parking lot) and other guests might complain about the camper van in the normal parking lot. There is no "normal" car for 6 people!!! Alternatively, we had to book/pay for an additional parking space at the other end of the campsite. I have never experienced anything so outrageous, the staff + manager tried to generate additional income for the only half-full campsite with a lot of pressure. We have left! Never again!

We have been to this campsite several times and always enjoy coming back. The staff at the site are all very friendly and the site is simply in a great location. The sunsets are a dream here. There are 2 pools, 2 restaurants and several children's playgrounds. We also think it's great that you can walk to Bardolino or Lazise in a good 30 minutes (we tend to walk quickly).
