The park is appreciated for its fantastic location between Bardolino and Lazise, directly on Lake Garda with stunning sunsets. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, the two swimming pool complexes (including a new water paradise with slides), and the varied restaurants. However, the sanitary facilities are outdated and often lack toilet paper and soap, the wifi network is weak or absent, and the pitches are uneven and muddy when it rains. Additionally, some guests find the pitches too cramped and the terrain very hilly.

⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, well below our expectations ⭐️⭐️
We unfortunately cut our stay at the Cisano San Vito campground short. Of course, this is our personal experience—but for us, too many negative issues piled up.
First, we’d like to highlight the central location between Bardolino and Lazise. We also had a very good meal at the pizzeria down by the lake. Another plus for families is that a doctor or pediatrician visits the campground twice a day. In addition, cleaning crews were regularly on site to maintain the restroom facilities. The entertainment program, featuring evening shows and a kids’ disco in several languages, is generally nice as well.
Unfortunately, the negative experiences still outweighed the positive ones for us.
It started right upon arrival with the campsite. Although we were allowed to choose between three sites, none of them matched the dimensions specified for the category we’d booked. As a result, we couldn’t set up our awning. Parking our car was also very difficult—in the end, it was positioned in such a way that part of it jutted out into the street. This is particularly frustrating when you’re traveling with a larger trailer and have booked according to the specified pitch size.
Other issues that affected our stay:
❌ Starting around 6 p.m., there was no hot water on several occasions—neither for showering nor for washing dishes.
❌ In our opinion, quiet hours were hardly observed.
❌ There was a glass recycling bin right next to our campsite. Sometimes, glass bottles were even disposed of there around 2 a.m.
❌ We paid €6 for Wi-Fi, but we still couldn’t use it because it didn’t work for us.
❌ The mini-golf course looked neglected.
❌ The pools were extremely crowded, and in our opinion, there were far too few lounge chairs for the number of guests.
❌ We also found it particularly disappointing that communication regarding our complaint was difficult.
In the end, we therefore decided to cut our stay short and move to another campground.
It’s a shame, because Cisano San Vito actually has a lot of potential thanks to its location and amenities. For us personally, however, the overall experience didn’t live up to the expectations we had based on the campground’s description and category.

⭐️⭐️ Leider deutlich hinter unseren Erwartungen ⭐️⭐️

Stayed in August on a camping pitch. The pitch was tiny and we only just managed to squeeze our car, half awning and caravan on but we're left with zero outside space. Pitches are also on a slope which even with blocks was hard to get level and ours was flatter than most. Shower block was hosed down rather than cleaned so not very clean. Toilet paper is at the end of the block so you have to guess how much you need. Showers were missing heads and in the morning flip without warning and instantly between scalding (and I mean scalding) and freezing every time someone flushes a toilet, which was frequent so was impossible to shower in the morning or shower the kids. No control over kids on go karts and scooters tearing around dangerously and cars everywhere so wasn't safe for our children to play alone. The campsite is vast so everything was a very long walk. Pool was great for kids but they have squeezed too many people for the facilities so everything is overcrowded and never any sunbeds unless you are there at opening. The animation tanoy announcements, particularly after our kids bedtime (9pm) we're annoying as woke them. Plastic wristbands which are compulsory are very uncomfortable to wear and felt like a prison tag. Location is the only good thing, walkable to Lazise, Cisano and Bardolino. Would not recommend or return. Vastly overpriced.

A nice campground in a beautiful location. The accommodations aren't anything special and are way too expensive.
