The park is appreciated for its fantastic location between Bardolino and Lazise, directly on Lake Garda with stunning sunsets. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, the two swimming pool complexes (including a new water paradise with slides), and the varied restaurants. However, the sanitary facilities are outdated and often lack toilet paper and soap, the wifi network is weak or absent, and the pitches are uneven and muddy when it rains. Additionally, some guests find the pitches too cramped and the terrain very hilly.

It’s all about business—they’re making money off every square centimeter! That wouldn’t be so bad if they were actually investing in the place. After all these years, some renovations are definitely needed. But going into detail here would take us too far off topic!
The location works in its favor and, of course, makes up for a lot….
After … being very disappointed with Camping Cisano, we’ve decided to drive a few streets further in the future and spend our money at a different campground there…
Best regards,

There were four of us (2 adults & 2 adult children) staying for 5 days in a 24-square-meter mobile home from Venue Holidays. Since we were traveling on from another campground in Italy, we arrived at Camping Cisano around 1:00 p.m. We were able to check in at the main reception desk, but unfortunately we had to wait until 4:00 p.m. for our … mobile home because no one from Venue Holidays was on site (even though the mobile home had been available for quite some time)😐
The mobile home was actually quite nice, though there were a few stains on the mattresses and there were ants in the bathroom.😕 We parked the car right in front of our little cottage, but unfortunately that wasn’t ideal either, since the pavement/ground there wasn’t level and our car’s tires were sitting on a ledge. They could also do something about the areas between the mobile homes: grass or gravel instead of weeds and just bare ground…
Plus, the main path was very narrow, and kids were riding their scooters recklessly right in front of your car.😟
Speaking of children: I wouldn’t necessarily go there with kids, because the campground is very spread out and divided, and if you want to go to the beach or the pool, you have to cross busy roads.❗️
The campground isn’t really suitable for people with strollers, wheelchairs, or mobility issues either, because it’s very steep, has lots of stairs, and there are many places where you can trip (see the curbs).
The pizzerias were great—fast and affordable!🍕
The pool areas were nice, too!
The beach was nice as well, but there are very few access points to the water. That was a bit annoying.💦
Wi-Fi wasn’t free either (€6 per day), and we didn’t have any mobile service (no calls, no mobile data, etc.)!!! To be honest, we thought that was outrageous—it’s 2026!!! How is it possible that you can’t get a signal in Italy in 2026?!😱 We think the campground is shielded from the signal, because as soon as we left the grounds, we had service again!😡🤦♀️
Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but I don’t think we’d come back again—there are just too many negatives.this is a translation, click here for the original

A lot has changed—it’s all about money now. The buoy boat now comes with a trailer, too. Upon arrival, the reception staff didn’t give us a warm welcome; they tried to keep spots open and, even though we had a reservation, tried to palm us off with a tiny, lousy spot near the restrooms. No, a lot has changed under the young owner—it’s all about making a quick buck now.
