The accommodations are furnished with the bare essentials. Nothing more, nothing less. The bathrooms are so small that you can barely turn around. The beds are 140 cm camping beds that lose a few slats every night. The campground is in the middle of a forest. Sounds nice, but it becomes a problem in the evening because an enormous number of … mosquitoes swarm out of the trees. One evening there was a fireworks display. It went on for an extremely long time and was extremely loud. Children and dogs. And dead birds that fell from the trees in fright. The prices at the on-site restaurants and supermarkets are pretty steep. All in all, it’s a run-of-the-mill beach near Jesolo with high-end prices. Not recommended. Never again.

Keine Empfehlung. Nie wieder.

All in all, it was okay. We were on a road trip, and this was the only place with walk-in spots available in August. With a 7-meter RV, some of the sites are a bit of a challenge to pull into because everything is very tight. The facilities were clean. The supermarket had delicious rolls, and you can generally find everything you need there. We … didn’t eat at the restaurant. Everyone has to judge the reviews for themselves. We picked up pizza at Ca Bertino, 600 meters away. That was a solid overall experience. Solid pizza for a reasonable price.
In my opinion, the campground is way too expensive for what it offers. But I’m sure it’s no different at the other campgrounds in the region. It’s just supply and demand.
For us, the whole region probably isn’t the right fit.this is a translation, click here for the original

A beautiful and well-maintained campground with a few minor flaws
-Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Camping Village Cavallino.
The campground is laid out in a clear, organized manner, and thanks to the central location of its facilities, it’s very close to the center and easily accessible on foot.
-All the staff were … consistently friendly, kind, and helpful. The campground itself is also very well-maintained and makes a clean and tidy impression overall.
We were particularly impressed with the restroom facilities. The showers and restrooms are modern, clean, and are cleaned several times a day. There’s really very little to complain about here.
-The campground also has a lot to offer in terms of food. The restaurant and take-out options were delicious and reasonably priced. The ice cream bar and the various desserts also impressed us—there’s a good and varied selection here.
-For daily needs, there’s a mini-market right on the campground. This is, of course, very convenient, though prices are sometimes a bit higher—which isn’t necessarily unusual at campgrounds.
-The campsites are equipped differently. Some have water right at the site, while others do not. Depending on the area, you’ll find sandy spots, grassy areas, and both sunny and shaded sites. This means there should be something to suit every taste.
-The entertainment program was okay, but in our opinion, it could be a bit more extensive and varied. Those who place a high value on a large entertainment program might be a bit disappointed here.
-Dogs are also welcome, but only in the designated dog area. You should keep this in mind when booking or selecting a campsite.
-The pool complex with its various pools is very nice. The pools offer variety and are quite comfortable, with seating and lounging areas in the water as well as soothing air massages. There are also suitable pools for children—whether they can swim or not, there’s something for everyone. Various small water slides are also fun and enjoyable. Aquafitness and other activities round out the pool area; unfortunately, in our opinion, there aren’t enough lounge chairs available. Additionally, a paid area with lounge chairs takes up some space.
-The beach is truly beautiful: clean, very wide, and there’s generally always plenty of space available. The sea is also very beautiful and perfect for children. There’s very fine, soft sand everywhere, and you can walk far out into the sea—20 meters in, and the water is only up to your belly button.
-Unfortunately, however, there’s a major annoyance here: Early in the morning, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and spots in the front row are reserved, even though the people who reserved them are sometimes nowhere to be found for long periods of time. As a result, spots remain blocked all day long, even though they aren’t being used. We also brought this issue up at the front desk, but unfortunately, there hasn’t been any real improvement since then.
-We also found the lifeguard with number 25 at the dog beach particularly problematic. During our stay, he unfortunately often gave the impression that he was more preoccupied with his cell phone, eating, or smoking than actually keeping an eye on the beachgoers. He also didn’t seem particularly interested in managing the reserved spots. However, as soon as you got a little too close to his area or lay down there, he would tell you to keep that area clear. We also didn’t appreciate being unintentionally entertained by a radio or speaker that someone else had brought along. We would have liked to see much more attention paid to safety and more consistent enforcement of the rules regarding reserved spots.
Our rating: 4 out of 5 points. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆this is a translation, click here for the original
