We're currently staying at this campground, which we don't like at all.
    There's nothing for older kids.
There are few lounge chairs by the pool, and shade is limited—and only available for an extra charge.
The service is really poor; an ice cream vendor asked us why we were ordering so much, saying there were only two of them working.
    The restrooms aren’t really clean.
It costs 180 euros per night—the price doesn’t match the quality.

Never again—the site was extremely sandy; our caravan sank into the ground several times, and our neighbor even had to be pulled out with a tractor. The amenities for a 5-star campground were very basic.
Poor, overpriced internet. Swim caps required. The campground is showing its age and is in need of renovation. (We had a Premium Plus site)

A really nice spot right on the beach. Don't rent a mobile home—rent a tent instead.
You'll be much less bothered by cars.

Hele fijne plek direct aan het strand. Huur geen mobiel home maar een tent.
    Veel minder last van auto’s.

After a two-year break, we’re back here on vacation from mid-July to early August.
The beach is great, the staff—except for the cleaning crew—is friendly, the pizzeria and restaurant were good, and the ice cream 🍨 was delicious.
Unfortunately, however, the value for money is no longer adequate. For example, the restrooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly enough, the entertainment program is unimaginative, the children’s playground closes as early as 8:00 p.m., etc. Overall, it seems like they’re cutting back on investments and staff.
For the price, you’d expect more—especially when compared to the nearby 5-star campgrounds, which are actually cheaper.
