    We booked a pitch online for 7 days. Here we could already see from the pitch number and the camp plan which area we were in and at no extra charge. We thought that was great at the beginning! Once we arrived, we were again pleasantly surprised. A huge check-in parking lot with lots of staff - no need to get out of the car. Here you hand in your booking, passports etc. and receive your wristbands and all documents through the car window. Really TOP! Our parking space was very centrally located and surprisingly large. Nothing to complain about here either. The beach is very clean and large. Everything is pretty good here. However, the food at the beach cafes is microwave food. We didn't expect that for the price and the presentation. You actually get it served like this and have to take the lid off yourself. Definitely a point deduction here! Otherwise, we found the marina app convenient and informative. The food in the marina, on the other hand, tastes fantastic, as does the ice cream. Pool area great for the kids and clean. However, no toilets. You have to walk to the nearest toilet block. That's a bit annoying. The evening program was not our cup of tea, but tastes vary. The shopping mile, on the other hand, is great! Marina di Venezia is definitely worth a visit!

    Wir haben online einen Stellplatz für 7 Tage gebucht. Hier konnten wir bereits anhand der Stellplatznummer und des Lagerplans sehen, in welchem Bereich wir stehen und das ohne Aufpreis. Das fanden wir anfangs schon super! Dort angekommen waren wir erneut positiv überrascht. Ein riesiger Check-In Parkplatz mit viel Personal - Ablauf ganz ohne aussteigen. Hier gibt man die Buchung Pässe etc. ab und erhält übers Autofenster die Bändchen und alle Unterlagen. Echt TOP! Unser Stellplatz war sehr zentral gelegen und überraschend groß. Auch hier nichts zu meckern. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und groß. Hier verläuft ich alles ziemlich gut. Das Essen bei den Strandcafes ist allerdings Mikrowellenessen. Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet für den Preis und die Aufmachung. Man bekommt das tatsächlich so serviert und muss den Deckel selbst noch abmachen. Hier definitiv einen Punkt Abzug! Ansonsten fanden wir die Marina App komfortabel und informativ. Das Essen in der Anlage schmeckt hingegen fantastisch, genauso wie das Eis. Poolanlage super für die Kids und sauber. Allerdings keine Toiletten. Hier muss man zum nächsten Sanitärhaus laufen. Das ist etwas nervig. Das Abendprogramm war nicht so unser Fall, aber das sind die Geschmäcker unterschiedlich. Die Shoppingmile ist hingegen toll! Marina di Venezia ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

    After 6 years - No, thanks! In the first year, it was still possible to extend the stay for the following year directly on site. But after that, the booking process for the dog bungalows just became nerve-wracking. Leaving aside the price of the vacation, this booking system is a complete disaster these days. Several people have to sit in front of the PC on 10.12. on time and try to get hold of an available date for the dog bungalows. However, the system is so "stupid" that it doesn't even suggest free alternatives and can't cope with the onslaught of requests and breaks down completely. An unbelievable imposition and a waste of time to book an already very expensive vacation. We have now decided to turn our backs on this circus. What a pity.     Update: 17.12.25 Mail von Marina erhalten, auf das Update hier.. leider wie erwartet ohne Lösung, stattdessen hatten sie versucht diese Rezension zu löschen über Google.. irgendwie sehr peinlich ************ Update: 13.12.25 Nach dem Marina auf meine Rezension geantwortet hat, war ich im glauben, dass man doch eine Lösung finden kann. Daher habe ich mich auf das Angebot gemeldet... leider stellte sich sehr schnell heraus, dass diese Antworten rein Marketing sind.. Keine Feedback, keine Lösung geschweige eine Antwort auf E-mail Nr.2.. *************** Nach 6 Jahren – Nein, danke! Im ersten Jahr war es noch möglich, den Aufenthalt direkt vor Ort für das Folgejahr zu verlängern. Doch danach wurde der Buchungsprozess für die Hunde-Bungalows nur noch nervenaufreibend. Lässt man den Preis für den Urlaub einmal außer Acht, ist dieses Buchungssystem in der heutigen Zeit eine einzige Katastrophe. Mehrere Personen müssen am 10.12. pünktlich vor dem PC sitzen und versuchen, einen verfügbaren Termin für die Hunde-Bungalows zu ergattern. Das System ist jedoch so „dumm“, dass es nicht einmal freie Alternativen vorschlägt und dem Ansturm der Anfragen nicht standhält und komplett zusammenbricht. Eine unglaubliche Zumutung und reine Zeitverschwendung, um einen ohnehin sehr teuren Urlaub zu buchen. Wir haben uns nun entschieden, diesem Zirkus den Rücken zu kehren. Schade.
